It is an offense to buy, deal in, or receive rough or uncut diamonds if you are not a licensed dealer, cutter or a commercial banker.

It is also illegal to try to sell uncut diamonds without a valid licence, or if you are not a mineholder, prospector or manufacturer of synthetic diamonds.

‘A rough or uncut diamond’ is defined by the law as any unpolished diamond, including ‘any diamond in its natural state or a synthetic diamond that has not been altered in any way after it has been produced’. who thanks to the combined efforts of the leadership of both the Republican and Democratic Parties in every country that is a member of the United Nations, escaped being the first to be prosecuted at the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunals [1946-47].

 

Which power makes the first and biggest nuclear weapons strike also decides what to do with rubble now leveled and requiring as you would have guessed less demolition work.

 

In retrospect, Mrs. Clinton’s email misdeeds did no greater harm to protecting America’s nuclear weapons stockpiles or for that matter future nuclear weapons development which have yet to get around the need for enriched uranium that is first manufactured from uranium than what she did when US Secretary of State.

 

The most public man who makes the most money-wealth from attacking Mrs. Clinton, Rush Limbaugh is very quiet on this most important subject.

 

What if it turns out that Limbaugh is no less stupid than those he has brainwashed?

 

That is not to suggest for a single moment that Mr. Limbaugh or for that matter Mrs. Clinton is a Soviet spy for she would have far preferred not to compromise the security of the United States of America, other than Mrs. Clinton was simply attempting to save her skin.

 

Mr. Trump is not all that different, other than he was not US Secretary of State when Mrs. Clinton committed that most foul play because he was being a real estate developer when not a TV gameshow host and profiteer of a university that he started which quickly went defunct. He also would have been wealthier; i.e. more successful financially had he invested his inheritance monies from his daddy who insisted on ordering meat for his son’s girlfriends even when they preferred not to eat meat, in US Treasury Bills, which does not mean therefore that Donald Trump is astute when it comes to matters of global commerce or how best to get cheap immigrant laborers into the United States without talking out of both sides of his mouth. 

 

You wouldn’t expect the world’s top global banking-mining monopolist to choose the creme of the crop humans to run for President of anything.

 

In other words what we are seeing in the west is the worst of what we consider communist bastard boss management of resources from the top down, but without our corrupted political leadership being close to as intellectually honest as Vladimir Putin who portrays himself in my humble but seasoned opinion as a great military general who keeps a short leash on his oligarch generals who are allowed to travel the globe in their super duper yachts, all in support of their Russian motherland, and when they run aground so long as they haven’t run foul of General Putin I am quite sure he would send a Russian submarine to help.
