That also could have meant the low level accounting clerk preparing the numbers was thinking of her hot date on Saturday night, and Revlon’s Chief Financial Officer couldn’t have been bothered to investigate if she could possibly have been thinking that if she received a $5 bonus for the week for helping improve Revlon’s balance sheet and earnings statement, she could tip the waiter serving herself and her date if it turned out that the date was a dud and the waiter, well you get the picture.
That in fact was all that we had beside for a drop in the share price of Revlon which also meant very little considering the hurdles of proof we needed to overcome, including the need to get inside the mind of the majority owner of Revlon, Ronald O. Perelman who owned 85% of the outstanding shares. Moreover, the number which I was focused on represented less than 2/1000th; i.e. 0.002 of Revlon’s balance sheet at the time.
You have heard about the size of a pimple on an elephant’s rear end. This was not a pimple. In fact, it was simply “rounding off” which could have gone either way. The Revlon Cosmetic Center simply interested me the way how this universe all began with a most violent explosion of something infinitely small; so small in fact that it is simply not possible to imagine, but we do know for a fact that it was smaller than any of our minds can possibly imagine.
You will also find weak in the logic; in other words, intellectual midgets trying to distract by suggesting that we should rather explore what came before and that is because they are intellectual midgets suffering from “intellectual greed” which is what the universities mostly pump out.
Nor should you be focusing on Perelman throughout the month of September of this year continuing to show confidence in Revlon despite its balance sheet net worth of approximately negative $2 billion. Perelman must be seeing big things ahead for Revlon to be pumping in all his “hard earned” monies.
Nor is this a solicitation to invigorate Mr. Krinsk Esq. for the two of us to dress up in cricket outfits and to once again go to bat against Perelman because Perelman like all “Captains of Industry” who know me, are simply playing a game right now of “distract”.
All that I am doing is letting you know that not only did we manage to get inside Perelman’s head by gathering sufficient evidence that he was intentionally misleading the banks who provided the refinancing of the leveraged buyout of Revlon – I hope I didn’t get too technical right then – but no less important we overcame the “materiality” given how totally minuscule in the extreme was what I had latched on, and nor did the logic go away; and all I needed to convince Krinsk and his New York partner Robert Kaplan of Kaplan Kilsheimer & Fox who filed the class action lawsuit on October 1, 1999 with perhaps no more than a couple of hours to spare was that great cartoon and then all of Revlon’s dirty laundry would soon be revealed, just like Weinstein The Swine beginning to expose much more of this world that we live in, decadent; just look at the distorted photos people put up on their FB walls and what we see are their best images; and they are utterly revolting.
So when Krinsk Esquire wrote to me 545 days later, March 29, 2001,
“… the decision will be cited for years to come”, it would be wrong for you to assume that Mr. Krinsk Esq. was simply bored looking at his computer screen and wanted to chat with me via the regular snail mail system.
I would give you Mr. Krinsk’s home phone number but he is most probably preparing for a busy day in the office tomorrow.
Rather than bother him even tomorrow morning, although he would probably like to hear from you folks if only to chat, just have one of Weinstein’s lawyers contact me and I will give them a defense strategy for this swine that they are getting paid huge sums of money, which they have likely not thought of.
Of course, should I not hear back from you in the next 24 hours, I will begin broadcasting Weinstein’s escape from a very long jail sentence, beginning on my FB friend Ray Oshry Esq’s FB wall. That is not to say that Ray Oshry Esquire is focused on anything else at this time other than paying homage to his next piece of South African biltong which he wishes to reward his internal organs for not yet having packed it all in.
