Paul Levinson I love you, Mike. You were my best friend throughout school, and I know who you are as a person. I remember when you first moved to Israel, and you were optimistic about the ‘two-state solution. I understand that you have lived in Israel for many years and have a perspective from the inside that I can never have. I respect that, and I have mixed feelings about the Palestinian situation. Deep down inside I believe in universal brotherhood (and sisterhood) but I also know that the coverage of Israeli ‘aggression’ in response to defending and responding her people and national interests is way out of balance and unfair. I cannot imagine what it is like to live under constant threats of annihilation. Having said all that, Donald Trump is an egotistical, ignorant, juvenile, self-serving, misogynistic, corrupt person who doesn’t give a SHIT about Israel except where it serves his own personal needs. He is not your friend. He is a danger to global peace and a devastating threat to the natural environment (favoring corporate profits over clean air, water, etc). I probably dislike(d) Bill and Hillary as much as you do, but we have to stop living in the ‘deep-state’ conspiracy theory past and wake up and smell the current situation. The Republicans have spent the last several years demonizing and scapegoating the Clintons. The Benghazi investigation has used up millions of dollars and years of congressional time that should have been spent serving the people of the United States. Even if some of these cockamamy Hannity-inspired conspiracy theories were half-true, we need to focus on the here and now and realize the huge threat this current corrupt congress is towards everything that serves ‘the people’ vs the 1% elite. Every executive order and bill they pass is 100% focused on destroying environmental and banking regulations that protect world citizens. Everyone of Obama’s executive orders that Trump has overturned were originally put in place to protect world citizens – whether or not you agree with the efficacy. That is what I sincerely believe based upon years of meticulously viewing a variety of media outlets that report the ‘news’ – including (gulp) Fox News.

Gary Gevisser Paul Levinson, there is this thing we are taught in Mark Anthony’s speech which makes us weary of those who begin with the praise, “You were my best friend throughout high school”.

The fact that Mike Hack doesn’t respond in kind is perhaps because he is either “mentally challenged” or dead or so smart that he felt intuitively that I would help set you straight.

Even if you think that our human consciousness is exactly the same as the animals who came before us and who only follow the laws of natural selection, figuring out when and how we learned to know right from wrong, is a little more difficult.

If it turns out that there is an “energy” that we can’t understand and therefore it might be this “creator”, then do you think you will pay more attention to things like coincidences or less attention should the pain of a Higher Energy Source [HER] be too painful?

There is no point in pointing out the weaknesses of an individual unless you turn them into positiveness at the same time play to their strengths.

When this is all over, please tell me how I can do a better job.

The two greatest strengths I can see in you are first; you were not all that long ago pictured alongside my sister Kathy and when I pointed it out to her as she had this photo so prominently displayed as her FB profile photo, which no doubt embarrassed the hell out of her not exactly good looking, neophyte in financing and management husband David Danziger who looks old because he is old and has grey skin which is very sickly looking as well, Kathy quickly replaced it with a photo of herself and David, not David Cline who is now dead, but David Danziger.

Second, I best remember you as not only above average in looks but a close relation of your other FB friend, Trevor Goldberg.

Logic would tell you to call up Harry Oppenheimer and ask why? Of course you would need a better reason than that to get passed his personal assistant, Clifford Elphick who was present alongside Harry and his son Nicholas back in 1998 when enjoying before-lunch cocktails with my first cousin Adrian Ash and his uncle Tony Tillim when Nelson Mandela called for his orders.
