I will not file any motion for entry of default until april 5 so there is nothing I know of that I need to inform the court about.

I just realized that I had “erred” when first responding, and I assume that you knew I meant the following week, since next Friday is April 2nd.
So to be clear, you are saying that you cannot postpone matters beyond next Friday?

I nearly forgot. Could you confirm either way if Mr. Knuff still has a residence in California?

He is correct, I am presently not represented by counsel.
I would like one week from this coming Monday, if that is possible, to file an answer.
In fact it would suit me better if I could have until Friday, April 2nd; bearing in mind that Mr. Abelski Esq. had kept me in the dark.
Can Mr. Loewinsohn also please let me know if his client still has his residence in Bonsall, California.
This would greatly help me find competent counsel.

It is Mr. Loewinsohn’s understanding that you are not represented by
counsel on this matter. If this is incorrect, please let him know
immediately. Mr. Loewinsohn agrees on behalf of his client to an
extension of one week from today for you to file an answer to
Plaintiffs’ Original Petition filed naming you as a Defendant.

Mr. Abelski had no business contacting you without my permission.
He tells me, however, that he you had agreed to granting him a week to
help find me legal representation in Texas.
Can I assume that this one week’s grace period is still on the table?
Sincerely,
Gary S. Gevisser
