Every time you provide unfavorable feedback, I don’t get paid. I explained earlier that I cannot engage in a philosophic discussion in this forum. I “justanswer” questions about the law.

I realize that you have a $4 million judgment against you. I have no idea why. This may be germane to your remaining options (I have noted that it absolutely is with respect to your ability to discharge the debt in bankruptcy). However, without knowing everything about your case, I cannot comment intelligently.

In order to know everything about your case, you would have to be my client, and I would have to review your entire case file. Regardless, I am not coming out of retirement. I don’t want your case — or anyone else’s. I want to watch the clouds roll by and the sun set into the sea.

There’s nothing more to say. If you reply again, I’ll let your comments stand without answer. because I have no other answers for you. I wish I did, but I do not.

It is most uplifting to me the fact that you don’t have the curiosity to look further than getting paid and entertain yourself mostly, because I don’t find anything in the least bit funny by you saying after all this time that you know nothing about my case.

Let’s really get this out fully into the open as you talk about how much you just like the easy going status quo for the lazy rich, “watch the clouds roll by and the sun set into the sea.” (BTW, that is exactly what I am watching right now except that the sun is a long way from setting here in Del Mar as close as it gets to the water’s edge.)

What have you learned from me that you take with you on the next buck you make?

Let me spell it out for you “wise guy” by reminding you that lawyers have a fiduciary responsibility to always tell the truth about materially relevant information even if you don’t have the “client-attorney” privilege that rests with the client, because that is one of the conditions the buyers and sellers of information on this website are told upfront.

What can be more materially relevant than to know that the organization that fixes the price as well as provides the backing of all the legal and medical malpractice insurance that is sold to people such as yourself when you were practicing law that affords you your current lifestyle, has banned American citizens such as yourself and me from investing in their Lloyd’s of London, and this has been going on for more than 2 decades?

Let me give you my unbiased and most well informed opinion. There cannot be anything more material to a seller of information than this most important piece of information which the plaintiff in my case, an ex CIA official would have got his head around in one instant and knowing exactly how inevitably each and every lawyer and judge in the world without a conscience would respond.

Not to speak is to speak.

None of this came up in the hearings because these conversations would have taken place either during the rehearsal or sidebars which would have been extraordinarily few given how well rehearsed my character assassination had been most carefully planned.

Just in case your mind skirted over my writings just like when watching a Netflix movie where the CD has been damaged, you would know that it is not possible for any financial institution to compete with Lloyd’s given how their cost of capital is the lowest in the world.

De Beers-Oppenheimer-Engelhard-Lyold’s have never once kept it a secret that they welcome as legal tender diamonds which are the most popular currency of De Beers-Lloyd’s banks that provide the letters of credit backed by the diamonds which investors, so long as they are not US citizens can then invest with Lloyd’s who are so utterly transparently the money laundering of money laundering operations in the world which also serves to “confirm” the fixed value De Beers assign to the diamonds.

To tell you how simple is this perpetual money making-money laundering machine which makes a mockery out of the entire monetary system, if you had a 12 year old, no matter how much you might have screwed up their brain they would understand perfectly this fraud of fraud.

To tell you how certain I am without you replying that you refuse to answer anything personal about yourself, I have tested this out with every lawyer and non-lawyer I know, and their silence does not tell me that they are bright, just that they feel so miserably stupid and prefer the status quo then to wake up one morning and the whole world gets on their hands and knees and admits for so many of you to be so stupid about the thing that is most important to you, proves that only One God could have you all so vein about your total lack of intelligence.

That means that Lloyd’s can underprice also any of their affiliates including when the US Government bails out a large financial institution like AIG which was also very carefully orchestrated and I happened to get wind of that from a senior executive of AIG who I first met in the first week of January 1997 after a half an hour or so phone conversation with the Chairman of the Board of AIG, Maurice Hank Greenberg who wasted no time bringing AIG’s President Thomas Tizzio on to the line.

Don’t you find it quite the coincidence that on the same day Tucker met with ex CIA Knuff, who you remember I have never met or communicated with, President George W. Bush gave hugely courageous American Christian Charles Winters, who died in 1984, a posthumous Presidential Pardon?

What do you think people like Ben-Gurion and his partner Christian South African Jan Smuts thought about the failure of the 5 million Jewish Americans who all avoided the 300 death factories of the Oppenheimer-Engelhard-Ford-Rockefeller-Lloyd’s Jewish Holocaust, failing to even come up with Winters’ bail money?

How could your parents fail to inform you of this most courageous Christian American who ended up spending 18 months in a US military prison for his critical role in saving the fledgling Jewish homeland from being wiped out, making Israel the shortest lived nation in the world?

But your parents could be dead and so you are in no position to question them, but what about yourself, if you are able to put yourself today in their shoes and knowing what you now know, would you have got Winters his bail money?

Did you know that there was good reason why Ben-Gurion referred to Winters as the godfather of the Israel Air Force?

Do you know why you never thought it important in all your philosophical quests to find out who was the father of the Israel Air Force even if you cannot find any record?

Do you think it makes sense that if the person who was the father of the Royal Air Force and the second oldest Air Force in the world, the South African Air Force, and this person was called by his enemies, “King of the Jews” that may be Smuts was also the father of the Israel Air Force?

Do you think it is only because my father Bernie Gevisser was one of Smuts’ best, if not the best, Fighter-Bomber-Pilots in the last months of World War II, that I know as much as I do?

Could you see how were it not for me all this knowledge would have been lost forever.

Don’t you consider it quite the miracle that I have survived this long?
