It is my mother
’s 89th birthday today.
My beautiful Française-Canadienne wife Marie Dion just woke up, but her eyes are still closed. She told me that she had a dream about my mother Zena; that my mother was on a trip with us to Switzerland.
You know that you have committed a great wrong in depriving my mother of her last and most clear wishes.
You are a stubborn woman.
Gonen Ben Itzhak first described you as “complicated”; meaning that it is not easy to read you because you don’t follow a logical path.
My mother’s story is not over even though you have her down to pushing a walker and all alone with her thoughts, but you will never get out of your mind how calm, collective and spot on she was when telling your wretched appointment, money and power hungry Israeli lawyer, Ayala Weisel, “You are not my guardian, God is my guardian”.
The world stood silent during our Holocaust and that is because the world was profiting financially, including all the rich Jewish people.
You thought yourself smart also in ignoring my and mother’s right for me to be with my mother because it meant you now had to deal with your bruised ego when making the cardinal error of appointing a non-family member as my mother’s guardian without digging further into the incredibly weak story a self-serving Israeli lawyer had spun you, and this you knew from the very moment you began watching The Lady’s Speech in your courtroom on October 5, 2016, 20 days after liar-lawyer Weisel’s appointment as guardian, but your oversized ego prevented you from doing the right thing and immediately reversing your ruling of September 15.
Only you can explain why it is that you were not focused on doing your job right from the start given all the obvious questions such as “This is obviously a rich woman who has a home in a rich neighborhood and Weisel isn’t saying that she taking this appointment ‘pro bono’”. Surely, you also asked Weisel to provide you with an accounting of my mother’s assets that Weisel was now going to have access to including not only my mother’s very valuable mortgage free, 2 bedroom luxury apartment on the water’s edge but her bachelor apartment, also mortgage free, right next door to her, on the same floor that was being rented out?
You must have also approved the sale of that bachelor apartment that brought in the 400,000 Euros once I began bringing public attention to this hideous crime.
Of course it is understandable that you all hate the love, trust and affection my mother Zena demonstrated so visibly towards me, but you should not let your personal feelings of jealousy influence poorly your objectivity.
Once you knew the truth, you had the power to put an instant end to this cruelty, a fraud like none other and one that will resonate throughout the ages more so than anything in our Hebrew Bible because this unprecedented fraud has you all taking your vengeance on an elderly, most accomplished woman who expresses her admiration and trust of me more lucidly than any of you could imagine yourselves in the prime of your lives let alone someone fast approaching 90.
Your actions are also geared to shut me up given my unique knowledge of the fraudulent money system.
The good that is happening in the present results when the bad only speak their silence and transparent lies.

How can so many enjoy such wretchedness without you all being punished in the moment?
You know that in the next instant, the light speed power of the Internet is more than capable of bursting all your little bubbles and there you remain still while continuing to breath and you don’t need to die to see your tarnished legacy live on.
You are experiencing a stroke without that disfiguring look, but you can imagine it arriving and then the fear will kick in as to how you will be treated as word gets out, who knew what and when?
Then there is the logical justice that is still to come from a Creator of this “game of life” which requires each of us to be logical at all times or face ridicule.
You now have your underlings telling me that my argument is a political one and does not belong in your courtroom and that there are other avenues for me to express my dissatisfaction with a sick society.
