Im also sitting on a super crouch rocket Ducati ST4S.

I was also in very good shape, and so was my wife and you should find a similar photo with her in it which was taken at the same time.

Both of us are even healthier, fitter and stronger, thanks to not only doing the right thing but when you do the right thing you are blessed with being that much more mindful of what you eat.

We were vegetarian then, but then a few years back we became vegan.

Bottom line neither of us have any complaints; but of course we cannot change the nature of the ugly, jealous human being.

Today, we both got in strenuous exercise, and mine included a mountain bike ride on Nobel Canyon here east of San Diego.

I don’t recommend it for any of you.

Now I am not saying that you females with square bodies look more like males, but you get my drift.

My suggestion for you who are depressed is to learn as much as you can before the pain of your dying bodies reaches the point of no return, from medical doctors John McDougall, cardiologist Caldwell Esselstyn MD, Neal Barnard MD, Dr. Lim MD and Dr. Ornish MD as well as read Dr. Colin Campbell Phd’s The China Study. Find them on Youtube.

All recommend the logical low fat whole food plant based diet and the results you can see not only in myself and my gorgeous wife but also our vegan dog Mango who is going on 10 years of age and has yet to peak.

Bear in mind that life is a journey and while we are all going to die why be in pain as you all seem to show.

Moreover, sickness brings on sorrow, selfishness even if you disagree with me that the selfish return as shellfish, and an ugly looking, fat talkative cell diseased body is not good for your sex lives which is hugely important for a life of happiness, even if you have a good mind; and good mind would tell you that your physique if it is not attractive does not sit well with the opposite sex, and if you prefer sex with the same sex, it is the same thing; a healthy body is critical.

A great part of my healthy, positive disposition, in particular towards women, in particular those who are not disgustingly crude because they hate more than anything else in the world is their ugly bodies and we have already covered the self-indulgent, co-dependent aspects which a pain in the ass most desires and from the bad words soon emerges the physical violence, is my one of a kind extraordinary and inspirational Charm School teacher mother Zena.
