CIA confirmation

A member of the CIA has fraudulently used the justice system to extort monies out [of] me. It is also designed to harm my reputation. The evidence of judicial abuse is not just overwhelming, it is totally bullet proof.

We now also have a money trail from the former CIA member’s Texas lawyer to the corrupt judge who arrogantly stated on record, and knowing the proceedings were being transcribed by a court reporter, that there was not a shred of evidence against me, and this judge went on to say repeatedly, including right at the end of the kangaroo court trial when he handed me a $4 million DEATH SENTENCE that he was trampling on my Constitutional Rights to a fair trial and free and fair speech.

The charges leveled against me were the heinous crime of defamation; and for a court proceeding to take place when there is never a single admonishment of the plaintiff not providing the evidence, when the burden of proof is clearly his, is of course much more than shocking.

This case makes a total farce of the CIA given how this individual makes clear mention of having worked for the CIA as he also talks about how important it was to him to always do the right thing, when all the facts show otherwise.

At no time was the individual who clearly perjured himself when giving sworn testimony, required to provide proof that he did in fact work for the CIA, the same with his medical reports after he told the judge that he is receiving medical treatment for neurological diseases that he says have been exacerbated by this lawsuit, which are of course of his own making.

I am a loyal, law abiding American citizen, and one who has stood tall to all injustice including helping bringing attention to the fact that American citizens are banned from investing in Lloyds of London Insurance, and this prohibition which has been in place for more than 2 decades, has not prevented Lloyds, which sets the price of insurance-commerce throughout the world, from selling most of their insurance products to the American citizens and American corporations. 

By eliminating American citizens as investors, all the dividends that Lloyds pays to non-American investors are then turned around and invested in not only regulated assets but unregulated currencies such as diamonds which are initially fixed a price by my former employer De Beers who most in the business world believe to be “blacklisted” here in the US which is far from the truth, and then those new diamond purchases allow the, again non-American investor to take a bigger stake in Lloyds as Lloyds consider diamonds a most credit worthy financial instrument; and all of this results in the most extraordinary ponzi/money laundering scheme.

I also want the CIA to know that on March 27 I began filming a one of a kind documentary as I traveled to London accompanied by Michael Grant, the heavyweight World Boxing Federation champion, for the purpose of getting on camera this most important story that every American should know, and so neutralize the goal of De Beers to turn Americans on Americans before Americans turn on them.

In summary

The longer this defamation lawsuit is allowed to go unanswered by the US Government, not only is my life and that of my French-Canadian wife in that much more danger, but it will make impotent the power of good members of our government to constrain rogue private individuals abusing their privileges having worked in government.
