Cuff, your sarcasm will only shine that much brighter spotlight on your gross negligence.
I have no intentions of visiting you, but should you have broken any of Britain’s criminal laws and the authorities were to let me know that I could accompany them to watch you being handcuffed, booked and the key to your jail cell thrown away, I might even have Marie join me.
BTW, you didn’t seem all that fit in that headshot you sent us of yourself, and that was one of the first signs that you were hiding.
I’ve read the notice, and here is my complaint.
History: Of course you remember, it was you who told me to visit Risdon to get my file and when you eventually got your hands on it, you told me that I should be smiling that much more.
You never explained clearly your refusal to ask Risdon, since they were also acting as managing agent why they didn’t take more photographs of the property right before leasing it, assuming they didn’t think the photographs you already have in your possession were sufficient to establish the missing kitchen, which as you know witnesses such as our neighbor Mike Bowater would confirm.
From there you could have asked for Risdons to come up with a fair settlement number, which is not only what I asked you to do, but that was the common sense thing to do.
Provide me all your communications with Risdon including phone conversations; and if they asked you to go lightly on them, spell out exactly how.
Attached is the last email I sent you in reply to your secretary’s writings below, and which I assume you didn’t reply to in your ongoing attempts to diffuse attention away from suddenly dropping the ball and not responding to my enquiries and thinking that with the passage of time I would accept your decision to go light on Clark-White and Risdon. Explain why you never added the loss of the kitchen when going to execute the judgment and/or advise us that we should file an additional claim.
I am assuming that since the new owners have refurbished the entire property, you are not going to suggest that now we have no way of knowing what the property looked like right after White-Clark vacated?
Again, I want to know what caused you to change your mind that I did not have a claim against Risdon once you had examined the file and sent me copies on disks.
Send by check all monies that you are holding on to.
Disgusted,
Gary S. Gevisser

Dear Mr Gevisser
I did not terminate the call and would certainly not laugh at you. The Call ended I assume because of a bad connection at your end.
Dennis is not ignoring your emails there is no status report as Dennis is not pursuing a claim for you against Risdon Hosegood solicitors.
As to Clarke & White they have to date paid £1,260 by instalments of £140 per month towards the Judgment against them of £5,737.88 which is held in our client account and this will be transferred to you less the cost of collection from Clark & White (which is likely to be moderate given their consistent payments to date) once the full balance is received.
There has been no further communication with Risdon Hosegood as Dennis is not pursuing a claim for you against them but as explained at the telephone Dennis is not in the office today or Monday due to a Court commitment in Watford and I am sure that he will forward to you our complaints procedure upon his return on Tuesday.
Yours sincerely

Those were you last words to me before you terminated the call. I didn’t think you were laughing at me, but I could be wrong.
You know perfectly well that Dennis has been ignoring my emails and phone calls to give me a status report. That is not good. I also know that Dennis is very shrewd, and has made a benefit/cost assessment in handling my case professionally.
I want to know how much monies have been received from Mr. Clark and what steps have been taken to collect more monies from Risdon who Dennis concluded correctly were acting as managing agents for the property which meant if Dennis suddenly didn’t like all the photos showing the condition of the property before, during and after that we got hold of then to add that to the list of Risdon’s transgressions.
In addition, send me any and all correspondence including phone communications with Clark and/or his advisors as well as Risdons which would shed light on Dennis egregious misconduct.
Time is of the essence.
A very disappointed client,
Gary S. Gevisser
Ps – send me your internal policies for handling malpractice claims in order that I can start the process with the appropriate authorities (as much as you think that is a joke).
