and you concluded that he was corrupt?

Did you mention to Lowy that beginning on March 30, 2010 you began secret negotiations with Knuff-Loewinsohn to save your own neck and that you only informed me on February 2 of last year, more than a week after my Kangaroo court trial, of these secret emails where they were trying to get you to lie?

I must assume you also didn’t mention either your taped deposition of March 24, 2010 that completely exonerates me and which you and Lowy-Loewinsohn-Knuff know I submitted with my first response on 4.1.2010 which was also timely, or the fact that I happen to be the only American citizen who starting in mid-2006 began bringing public international attention to American citizens being banned from investing in Lloyds of London Insurance which sets the price of all insurance premiums as well as financial settlements worldwide, and Lloyds continues to accept the monopolist German-South African Oppenheimers’ diamonds as an investment instrument, again just so long as they are not American citizens which would include Judge Lowy unless he was already an investor with Lloyds prior to the banning order that is now 2 decades old; and still I am the only American citizen talking about it.

Will it ever escape any of your minds again that maybe Americans in denial about how this South African based mineral monopolist has such a hold on their US Government that they can so insult those they own with bribes going back more than a century, have no problem in me being singled out for such a telling wrongful $4 million DEATH SENTENCE handed to me by so arrogant Lowy who knows not only that he broke every law in the book as well as court rules, and which again the very clear transcripts elucidate so well, but why it is that his most fraudulent judgment is supported by the rest of you so deafeningly silent.

Nor should the truth escape any of you as you all write your legacy.

You don’t mind if I use you to continue putting pressure on American citizens to be the first to do the right thing.

Ps – What did they say about your request to see Knuff’s medical records to determine whether his neurological impairments began before he started to cover up his meeting with you on December 23, 2008 by intimidating you, or whether they were exacerbated by his lying?

If you didn’t ask these important questions why did you even bother being part of the phone call?

Are you that lonely? Why not just write someone like Raye Anne Marks or her friend Lynne Zymet or anyone else you find interesting?

How much effort have you put into getting the American Civil Liberties Union involved and/or writing to all those you know as well as what you find in the carbon copy section of my emails?

Upon learning that I would be representing myself, Judge Lowry made a point of telling me that it would be very difficult for me to navigate their legal system without an attorney, going on to explain the submission of evidence by specific dates or they would not be admissible.

I told him that I could not afford to travel to Dallas, and he said that Texas does not recognize phoned testimony for civil trials. He also went on to say that I would have to be available for a week before and a week after the trial because there was a 2 week docket.
