This distraction of the price of gasoline shows a need for attention.

For those in the know, it only serves to promote the money which they also know is destorying the planet.

So why concern yourself with the torture, violence of the defenseless animals as their habitat as well as us unconscious human’s habit is destroyed?

It is wrong for the ingeniously designed brain to play stupid!

It is no less wrong to think that those profiting from the destruction of the planet wouldn’t corrupt grass roots organizations before they take root, or at least watch over them closely.

Who hasn’t thought of buying their opposition?

Do we have a business or economics major in our midst ready to join this debate?

My dad claims that CA suffers from a lack of refineries so the gas needs to make a stop in another state to be refined. That doesn’t explain away the price gouging

Even though Mexico imports 80% of its gasoline from the US, the current price in Tijuana works out to about $4.40 USD / gallon. Why so high in CA?

Good job oil corporations and OPEC. They get rich, destroy the planet, and we all pay the price.

It’s called price gouging… We need a windfall profit tax, NOW. _ 5.9.22 – Excerpt ~ As reported by Rystad last week, public E&P firms are on track to shatter previous record profits this year as high oil and gas prices and surging demand drive financial success. According to the energy intelligence firm, companies’ cash from operations after accounting for outflows and asset maintenance – total free cash flow (FCF) – will balloon to $834 billion from the $493 billion profits in 2021. __ Espen Erlingsen, Rystad Energy’s head of upstream research, remarked: “The current financial health of public upstream operators is at an all-time high. Still, the good times are set to get even better this year, thanks to a perfect storm of factors pushing profits and cash flow to another record high in 2022.” ___ https://www.offshore-energy.biz/oil-gas-firms-profits…/

Meanwhile, the oil companies are making RECORD PROFITS! Gas does NOT need to be this high! They are doing this to deliberately wreck Biden’s economy!
