Did you become fb friends by simply sending him a fb friend invitation? What is interesting is that a good number of people who have met him tend to say they know him better than they actually do. That is somewhat reasonable because unless we know of someone who knows the person better and that is only because the other person talks about how well the person, all we have to go on is what we know, which is not very much unless having intimately dealt with the person. I happen to have dealt intimately in business with Solly on multiple issues ranging over a time period of 6 years during his most prolific international business dealings, so yes I know him very well, better in fact than any of his children who I also know very well even though I haven’t seen or communicated with any of them other than one over the past 3 decades. So what do you do?

What is the reason to go to shul every day?
For the past 2 decades I have written on the military economy which is not taught at university or on the history channel.
It is so shocking to hear what is common sense to any 12 year old that the people clam up and why outside of my two very enlightened parents and one very enlightened client, I waited until 11.11.2004 to begin spelling it out over the Internet by which time I had already a pretty good footprint without forgetting that I was trampling on “sacred ground.”
The one client was Randolph Apperson Hearst (1915-2000) chairman of Hearst Corporation who upon hearing in early 1994 what I had to say which took all of 3 minutes offered to publish my book and happy if I used a non de plume, along with a healthy $6 million advance which matched the sign on bonus my “lucky uncle” David Gevisser (1926-2009) received when agreeing to be the executor of American Charles W Engelhard Jr’s estate following Engelhard’s death on March 2, 1971 having turned just 54 the month; and no accident was Engelhard’s death.
I turned down Hearst’s generous offer which was not tied to his offer to replace his existing ceo, which I also turned down.
Suffice to say I’m very much alive and more important very healthy otherwise why bother living?

My family were not connected to any business. Grandfather, dad, uncle were chazans in ct so I come with a long and impressive family tree and a connection to Jewish heritage. Hence my interest in that. Never had a great interest in money or access to it.

Met Ivan once in Lithuania to do with his philanthropy. His brother Edwin lived in Perth. Now Melbourne. Thru them got involved with ORT schools

Like the Moshals they are involved with support of Jewish communities / school s etc

I see you avoiding a most important question which drives great fear into rich Jewish people and those dependent on rich Jewish people for donations.

I see that you are not too busy to be reading To be honest. Study also the membership as well as former members without forgetting the success of Zagiew and the important question you chose to ignore with insidious distractions. The shame you feel about yourself will never go away Nor will you feel that you can fully trust those buttering your bread. It is a bad thing to lie.
