Background:
My siblings have misbehaved.
What I seek is to free my mother Zena
into my care, according to her explicit wishes which are not only in the 9 minute and 24 second, The Lady’s Speech, but come through clearly in all the other film footage I took back in September 2016.
Nor did those words, no less beautiful mannerisms of my mother appear in a vacuum.
Leading up to this second visit with my mother in 2016, the first for a few minutes on 13 January when I began to get my head around this massive fraud, there are many phone tapings of my conversations with my mother supporting her utmost trust and love of me, her favorite child.
Below is one from 23 July 2016:
Gary: Let’s come back to me; I want you to tell me again how you would describe me?
Zena: Are you my youngest son?
Gary: Yes
Zena: You are very nice, I like you. That’s it.
Gary: Would you say that you like your other children?
Zena: In their own way, but they are not like you.
Gary: In what way am I different?
Zena: [Laughing] O Dear. You’re just different okay. You’ve got a point of view. There are things you believe in that you see to. I don’t think my other children believe in anything.
The phone tapings were shared with my siblings and their lawyers.
The Israeli lawyer, Ayala Weisel Esq., in cahoots with my 3 elder siblings seeing their ruse unravel, sent, for the second time, Israeli police into my mother’s Netanya Apartment at the graveyard shift, 1:30 AM, Tuesday September 27, 2016 and remove me, disrupting the beautiful harmony, as well as placing my mother one step closer into her grave.
The simple claim:
My siblings neglected to contact me when putting my mother in the hands of a questionable guardian.
Moreover, there is a reason why they have all been deafeningly silent since.
How easy for them to get a video of my mother singing their praises over the past going on 6 years, were my mother inclined to do so. Highly intelligent people like my mother go silent first.
Nor could they wait to dispose of my mother’s mortgage free rental apartment right next to her two-bedroom apartment which also had no debt; not to mention, the tons of cash belonging to my mother that they are sitting on.
As I understand, it is the law to contact all family members; and Weisel is a lawyer, so she can’t claim ignorance as she did.
They knew I was on my way Israel, arriving on 21 September 2016 to get the guardianship according to again, my mother’s explicit wishes, and they quickly went ahead, behind my and mother’s backs, and had Israeli judge Yocheved Greenwald-Rand grant Weisel the guardianship on the 15th, under the guise that my mother was suffering from “advanced dementia” and no family member wanted to take care of her.
Important the chronology of events including the very telling audio recordings going back months before the passing of my mother’s second husband, Alan Zulman on 6 August 2016; and my mother Zena also the main beneficiary of Zulman’s estate.
It is Zulman you see coming up behind Ben Gurion in the photo I previously sent you,
which I also captured in The Lady’s Speech video as it hangs on the wall in her Netanya apartment.
Not to mention, Zulman on his death-bed removed my sister Kathy as the co-executor of his estate and replaced Kathy, with a long inferiority complex history, with the renowned Jewish Holocaust reparations advocate, Deborah Sturman Esq

who wrote to me on 8 September 2016, advising that Zulman had passed away, revealing her deep distrust of my 3 elder siblings, and encouraging me to get the guardianship; but Deborah Sturman Esq., who I have known intimately since when she was still in her teens, has her own conflicts of interest.
I should also mention that at the Restraining Order hearing on 5 October 2016, where I was granted temporary access to my mother, I was represented by American-Israeli lawyer Jay Hait – Jay Hait <jay.hait@orcheidin.co.il – who being American was already overmatched to begin with.
Their defense is that I hadn’t seen my mother since late December 2001 following a disagreement with Alan Zulman who overheard a very private conversation between my mother and myself regarding her close, and most trusted Muslim friend, Fatima Meer
who publicly spoke strong words against Israel, but that was all “put on” and designed to flush out traitors of us Jewish people.
It was out of respect for my mother that I kept my distance.
BTW, we met with several lawyers, and they all said, “It is an easy case”. I even had the current President of Israel, Isaac Herzog “weighing in” that I should back off.
