I have a feeling that you didn’t start out your day today thinking about this stuff or running into someone like me 🙂

Im still looking for an honest Israeli lawyer who knows a little about family law-court and nor does it require much knowledge because the facts of the case are very easy to understand, and I have done all the work; although it was really my mother Zena speaking her very lucid mind on September 22, 2016, 7 days after an Israeli judge appointed a non-family member, an Israeli lawyer as my mother’s guardian on the basis that my mother was suffering from “advanced dementia”. Of course they knew that I was on my way to Israel to get the guardianship but they simply didn’t tell me.

Then to cover up foul play they had the judge issue a TRO against me and deliver it to my mother’s apartment where we staying at 1:30am, waking up my 87 year old mother also from a dead sleep. It is also very easy to understand this barbaric behavior once you understand how much worse was our Jewish Holocaust. That does not make right what the judge, the Israeli lawyer and my 3 elder siblings have done.

They are also selling off my mother’s valuable real estate assets. In a normal society the judge, the lawyer and my 3 elder siblings would by now all be in jail and the key to their padded cells thrown away. But as you can see, I am exposing the so obvious truths including the most important; namely that there is no such thing as the private sector, and that means a lot of people with Wall Street jobs are only keeping seats warm. How do you see this all turning out?

 

 

So my agenda was very clear; and you responded giving out the short end of your long story with the Barnetts-Maisters that didn’t end happy; and of course you were still eager to get the lowdown on my and my mother’s story, showing empathy; and then ending with a question that I had previously explained very clearly:

I also know my cousin Alan Barnett very well. When something as important as Wall Street being a total fraud makes perfect sense, you have something very remarkable going on. No one can refute it. It is easy when you feel totally stupid to accuse me of being “mad” because what else would you expect from someone stupid? You can extrapolate that the whole world is willing to live in this denial and yet they all have to face one another every day and you would have to be totally insane to keep repeating, “Gary Gevisser is mad; no one listens to a word what he has to say”. Imagine if you could convene a meeting of all the people who don’t want to be in the same room as the rest of the fools. Wouldn’t that be a great meeting? Do you think you could get people to pay for such a privilege?

And yes, it was sort of random that I picked you without knowing that you knew my very needy brother Melvin. You didn’t say whether you are FB friends. He no longer shows his fB friends to the public, but I have a backup of his FB friends before he decided to start hiding. My other siblings quickly disabled their FB once they began committing the foul against my mother and me. When you hide, you cannot defend yourself.

Yes, I do have a lot going on, but I always seem to find the time for matters of importance; and of course nothing is more important to me right now than doing my best to save my mother; but knowing that in the end, everyone gets their due, and I have had the greatest life. 

 

Life is only about learning; and not thinking that because someone is family that they are good. It is also true the old Jewish saying, “The only person who knows who you are is God and your spouse”. 

 

Most people have horrific marriages and Melvin’s marriage we all knew would finally end in disaster. But if you can find the most perfect partner and that means you have to be both young and healthy for it to be perfect and then you experience the total shit that my wife and I have experienced with “friends” and “trusted family members”, and to come out of it not only happier but healthier than all the rest of the shitheads, then that much clearer is the design of the universe.

Actually I “befriend strangers” fairly often. You will see that the vast majority of my FB friends are sherpas who I choose because these people are one of the most oppressed. They have little to offer the world other than their bodies to help rich western thrill seekers have fun at very little cost and the westerners all think that they are saving the sherpa culture.

 

Their English and education is also not good. So why bother you must ask? It just makes sense to me that when others such as Melvin, Alan and Philip and the rest who have not shared with you the truths of the DIG, see all these Sherpas, they must wonder who else they are in contact with know that they are all shitheads 🙂

So I will give you a more detailed answer while waiting for Poplak to respond. My math-logic is pretty good and I when seeing that you are a FB friend of Margo who I had to tell you twice I only know him through his brother Matthew which didn’t prevent Rod Margo from accepting my FB invitation request, I then saw that you were the general counsel for Dermologica that rang a bell given how my former client Solly Krok had an involvement. 

 

Before Solly hired me to review his international investment portfolio I didn’t just land on planet mother earth. The Kroks are not the only people on the planet who could have chosen from the “creme of the crop” to do such important analysis work. In fact they did, and that is why they chose me.

When the chairman of the board of Hearst Corporation, Randolph Apperson Hearst [1915-2000] engaged me to check out the new head of Hearst New Media, the immediate former chairman of the FCC, Al Sikes back in early 1994, Hearst didn’t first call up all the other people I knew very well such as the Kroks, Jonathan Beare and Donny Gordon who I have only met once, instead Hearst did the logical think of a very smart man, and he had me first do less critical assignments. 

 

When I completed the assignment on Sikes, I didn’t then decide that I first needed to understand how the human behaves when it chooses to distract. 

 

One of the preliminary assignments to the very important assessment of Al Sikes who I never met, was to provide Hearst with an overview of the future of the media industry as we approached completion of the last quarter mile of the digital superhighway.

George Nordhaus who was the biggest American “name” at Lloyd’s most upset. 

 

Of course my relationship with Nordhaus quickly began to sour but at least I didn’t get caught up in the debacle that soon followed. By now you should know from reading up on me that Lloyd’s soon after, beginning in the early 1990s instituted a ban on American citizens and American residents from investing in Lloyd’s and that ban is still on the books, at least it was right after my last meeting with Lloyd’s officials back on March 27, 2012 when I visited with them and accompanied by the World Boxing Federation champion at the time, Michael Grant. 

 

It wasn’t enough that Lloyd’s which is totally directed by De Beers-Barclays, to institute such a ban that the moment it went into effect the President of the US and the US Congress should have been up in arms as it makes us sound like we are a “terrorist state” and nor does the ban prevent Lloyd’s from accepting investors from known terrorist countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar, but Lloyd’s continue to be allowed to sell their insurance products to Americans and American corporations. 

 

For a lawyer or a judge to get their heads around this Lloyd’s ban generally requires that they do nothing short than perform their own frontal lobotomy. Consequently, you can see that I haven’t lost much knowledge from sitting at the Seder table with untrustworthy people such as Melvin and the Barnetts.

I have now given Poplak a great deal to think about. Not so much the writings because they were substantially less than what I previously wrote to you, but the substance will probably now have him asking himself, “What the fuck have I got myself into?”

In fact I have not found one person who says they are religious who is good. So God must have created religion to attract the biggest hypocrites, which doesn’t make the bad irreligious good.

First, at 60 I am probably far healthier and fitter than you at 44. Third, while you have a masterful command of language, it does not mean you have the best logic in the world. To have great logic you have to be in constant search for the truth. I have been consistent with that going back as far as I can remember. Those things that I cannot remember, both my parents let me know that I was very alert from the start without having to speak.
