Let me first wish my dad happy 88th birthday. Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you.
You were next to Marie when she called me, the conversation beginning at 1:04pm and lasting 2 minutes; and so you know that she just found the charger for her cell phone, and because she does not have an Internet connection at the cliff house where she has been for the past 2 days, she wouldn’t know all that is going through your mind and other students of Sebastian who were in class today and yesterday.
You of course only heard Marie’s side of the conversation.
It is not what you say, but what you don’t say that counts.
Do you recall me asking you whether you think what Kim Wilkins of General Atomic does for a living is honorable?
You have also heard people say, “With friends like you who needs enemies?”.
Why didn’t you stop at, “There is no other choice except to participate in nothing at all”?
I have already told you that I don’t need your advice on how to get legal advice, and yet you persist, because you want to distract from the fact that I have flushed you out while giving you every opportunity to bring out the best in you, and I have now concluded that is no longer possible.
You have heard of Newton’s Principia of 1687? Well, it revolutionized thinking at the time which does not mean it is not applicable today.
I must conclude there are negative consequences for me which I am compelled to quickly turned in a positive, when there is no action taken when it is appropriate to take action, such as I have suggested time and again, that you be proactive rather than passive aggressive, if you are genuinely interested, not only in my welfare that is inextricably linked to that of Marie, but all those who don’t have the luxury of time to learn about the negative side affects of eating meat, where the excess is stored in fat and the fat diseased TALKATIVE cells selfishly-shellfishly crying out in unison,
“I am all about money me, and don’t you dare disrupt my world telling me that the money is worthless because that is all I have left to hold on to, just the way a jellyfish goes with the current having no rudder, and why I clamor at the thought of you being hit with a whopping $4 million judgment, that the more you speak about it, so it will help to add to the perception that money has value and people will forget that you have explained in a way that the biggest nutcase such as Kim Wilkins will understand that with all the currency markets rigged and controlled by De Beers, there cannot be a fair market, at least not until everyone has this information.”
Kim has now asked me twice to take him off my email list.

Gary,
I love you and Marie like my brother and sister. There is no other choice except to participate in nothing at all.
And as far as the court case, you and Marie can still win. Use it to your own advantage.
I had a somewhat trying day today. Let me give you a good laugh. It started 9 a.m. at Ralph’s when a plastic hand basket was accidentally placed in front of my tire at the market. When I drove forward it got stuck into my wheel well. So I had to drive my car up onto a handicap parking barrier. Then I got my transport dolly out of the trunk. Then I got on the ground and started banging it into the basket. It finally came out after a lot of attention in the parking lot. But I won. Of course this all depends upon your perspective of the situation.
I will not bore you with the rest of my morning.
I do not understand exactly what you are doing to save yourselves from the criminals who are after you. I do believe they are criminals, in spite of the fact that you probably annoyed them.
And I also still believe you should not try to save money by using inexperienced legal representatives. It is better to pay an attorney $200,000 (an exaggeration, probably) than the $4,000,000. You can always win in the long-run, somewhere down the line.
The money is never worth as much as your happiness. And also OUR happiness, because we do not want to lose you as our very good friends in the neighborhood.
Nothing is written in stone. Except perhaps I remember an article I read many years ago about a tropical Micronesian Island in the Pacific Ocean. It is the island of Yap. If you went there back in the early 1900’s you would notice stone discs in front of buildings and along the paths on the island. I think they were called RAI in the local language and it WAS the local currency. Some people kept the stone money at home, but most used the Village Banks. At these banks no security guards watched the banks and no one watched the customers. They held their assets outside the banks against cocoanut trees. The stones were huge with a hole in the center. Each stone was up to 12 feet in diameter and more than 5 tons. None of this currency has been made since 1931. The article I read was in 2005. But it was still legal tender in the islands.
Why do we even care about the currency?
In 1929 there were 13,281 of these stones.
Your happiness should be more important than the currency. Do whatever you have to do to keep your happiness.
