How about “non-existent”?

I find your conduct very unprofessional.

It is you who is the main problem, because you continue to pass the buck.


Have you noticed that when people lie they tend to be repetitive not only in what they tell you but they repeat back to you information you have given them and making out like they got the information from someone else or that they figured it all out on their own?

It is also my observation that they find telling you what you told them comforting to their minds that are going around in circles trying to keep track of their lies, and if they can also distract you in the process, all the better.

You try and avoid these sort of people as much as possible and when it is not possible you notice that you have less to say to them because you do not trust them which annoys them even more but they cannot tell you the truth that the lies are driving them out of their minds and so as a consequence of you being that much quieter, they are that much more talkative so as to not allow you to get a word in edgeways, right?

Eventually, these people get the hell in with you, and they stop communicating with you.

What do you think then happens to these people when people start asking them, “What is happening with so and so? We thought you were all such good friends?”

Those friends just wanting to stir the pot are also fair weather friends just trying to get a “leg up”, wouldn’t you agree?

Who do you think is the most “lonely”, people who know they have done the wrong thing or people who get constantly rewarded with greater intelligence for doing the right thing?

Do you know of anyone who is corrupt who you consider bright?

I don’t, and nor does it bother me that they say they are not my friends.

You are just doing your best to hold on to the money you took which is your primary objective,

Relais Orso are mostly guilty of no customer service, and these Romans think themselves smart when last writing, “as you can imagine we cannot provide further assistance with respect to other reservations at competing hotels” which is simply to distract from their no customer service.

All that to get back at you?

So let’s now look more carefully at their last words, “as you can imagine we cannot provide further assistance with respect to other reservations at competing hotels.”

You would agree that I am not being repetitive when making it clear that I didn’t ask them to do anything with respect to my reservation at Beldes.

Part of their diabolical distraction is to ignore the fact that you are their agent as they want to make out that the hotel contract was with you and you are an independent third party, and you also would prefer it that way when it suits you, and when it doesn’t suit you like when they are screwing you out of a commission then you would argue that a contractual agency relationship exists with them; and when the two of you are working together then you will first try everything within your power to be nice and so polite before deciding to not be so nice, but nasty.

Yours is not simply an honest mistake like when I never included in my last communication to you what I sent the management of Relais Orso on December 30th which was as a result of you choosing not to respond to my email of Dec. 25, titled, “It can be filmed”, and which you still do not address;

Attention: Management of Relais Orso

Below is a draft of the follow up email I will be sending Ms. Suban and beginning to broadcast it to the world, just like I did on December 25; and since then, there has only been silence on the part of the management of both organizations; bearing in mind that Tablethotels.com is your agent and when I asked them on December 13, “Can u give me the number or email address of the manager” she ignored my request. Nor does her avoidance prevent customer service on your part:

You did not respond to my It can be filmed broadcast.

Christmas only began officially on the 24th and it was over on the 26th.

You have, however, communicated both in writing as well as verbally with the management of Relais Orso, Rome, Italy who also decided to leave it up to you to resolve the matter, and you again chose avoidance.

Earlier after a most customer service designer clothing shop owner walked us to the restaurant where he had organized us a special vegetarian dinner for New Year’s Eve, we ran into beautiful but increasingly shaky Daniela, standing at the front desk looking at her computer with tonight’s reservations; and she told us that the hotel remains fully booked for both tonight and tomorrow night and that there was no attempt on the part of the managers or her, because she says it is not her job, to rent the room or attempt any resolution of the matter; in other words, no customer service; despite you and them being notified on December 24th that we would be moving out today.

While you all avoid, avoid, avoid, it has not prevented my most elegant, sharp as a whip, intelligent French-Canadian [F-C] wife Marie Dion and I from having the most marvelous time in sensuous Rome where we have got to meet a bunch of interesting people who in fact listen to what we have to say even though they realize neither of us are international household names, yet; because that is by choice.

Ps – Let me know if we can advertise the room for the next 2 nights at the same time we post our disappointment on websites like TripAdvisor.com; the first reading as follows:

The problem is mainly with Tablethotels.com misguiding us when booking a hotel room at Relais Orso, Rome for the nights of December 30 and 31st at what we thought was a cancelable rate and at the same time Tablethotels.com, again knowing that they had suggested we reserve those 2 nights at Relais Orso, booked us at another hotel in Rome at a much lower rate, nearly 50% less than Relais Orso.

Relais Orso have also known about the problem since we checked in to Relais Orso on December 24; and there has been no attempt by their management to resolve the problem, not even a courtesy phone call; and yet their staff maintain the hotel is fully booked.

When I wrote you on December 26, “Note the response date of Relais Orso and my email to them 8 days earlier”, I was mistaken. Again that email of December 25th was to you.

I apologize for any confusion that may have caused, which I doubt was very much.

There was a reason why you did not give me the contact information of Relais Orso before I booked the room for those two nights and they also perfectly understand this.

You also keep leaving out of your writings that you told me to book the 2 nights at Relais Orso in order to hold a room while you helped me shop for a better rate; bearing in mind that you were also letting me know that Relais Orso were giving you the “runaround” in coming back with a better rate for those two nights.

Moreover, while I thought I was booking a “cancelable rate” it turns out that was not the case, but you also knew that we had booked a room with Beldes Hotel through your service.

Furthermore, the front desk person at Relais Orso, Daniella told me when we arrived on December 24 that for that period of time there was no “cancelable rate”.

It always comes down to who to believe, and the better the evidence the better the proof.

The fact that the truth is never important to corrupt people which does not prevent them from talking about how much they detest crooks and hypocrites, still makes it important to me.

You were not writing me the truth when you wrote me that same evening, “you have booked the same rate at Beldes” when you knew that Beldes was half as expensive.

The fact that you have not attempted in all this time to “correct” what you wrote, does not tell me that you are the most honest person in the world.

Can you think of a reason why you wrote that lie?

I think the reason for that is because you didn’t want it to get back to Relais Orso that you were helping me shop for a better rate, because that might make them upset with you; please correct me if I am wrong.

Amazing isn’t it that neither of you have been willing to do the right thing, just because you got caught and want to hold on to the money because you believe that God is money when “Money is not King”.

Note that 18 days have elapsed since you last wrote to me.

Would you say that these going on 3 weeks have been the happiest days of your life?

Would it upset you more knowing that these past 18 days have been the best days of my life?

Do you think I feel good having a very good memory, or do you think I have been punished and cannot remember all the important things that have happened in my life that allows me to know that all the money in the world cannot buy the happiness that I have?

When you hear yourself and others say, “Money cannot buy you happiness” you know that is not why you or they really believe, because you know that rich people live much better than poor people who are not happy being poor; and when rich people get sick from eating their poison food they can afford the best medical care including making sure that once the pain killers and surgeries to remove all the cancer cells can’t work because the body-mind is only cancer cells, they will get their overdose of morphine, but in the meantime their lives are absolutely great and they wouldn’t have it any other way.

Again, that is the thinking of people who I don’t consider intelligent.

What goes around comes around.

Everyone gets exactly what they deserve including the pain they feel when see the poor of the world treated so wretchedly.

Now what do you have to say for yourself?

If I don’t reply instantly, it is because I am about to eat the most delicious homemade vege burger while my body-mind is still very happy from the organic vege juicing, mostly dark greens that my F-C [French-Canadian] wife Marie Dion and I did this morning.
