Ps – You may have heard that I erased the draft of THE IMPORTANCE OF COC which appears to bother a great many as the essence remains, one can trust least the family, once one member or more, besides for you, knows the truth about money’s creation and it’s disappearance.

 

There are a great many similarities between my Texas Death Sentence and the famous Dreyfus trial which captured the world’s attention for 12 years starting in 1894 when the top military generals of France falsely accused and convicted loyal Jewish Captain Dreyfus in an attempt to cover up the treason of one of their own.

 

You may have forgotten like most, the year following Dreyfus being reinstated into the French army, President Teddy Roosevelt, a cousin of future President Franklin D. Roosevelt who was also no friend of the Jewish people, launched the Great White Fleet made up of 16 battleships which was a most threatening expedentiary force to save on the cost of importing slaves from around the world wherever this giant armada sailed; and when they returned to American territorial waters 434 days later, February 22, 1909, the Panama Canal that was won when one US gunship, the Nashville arrived in Panama on November 3, 1903 to assist the rebels who in return gave the US the Panama Canal land treaty, was that much closer to completion, and international, not exactly fair trade, began to flourish, helped in no small measure by the start of World War I on July 28, 1914 and the Panama Canal opening 18 days later, August 15.

 

You wouldn’t necessarily expect President Nixon 57 years later to remember when giving his most treasonous speech which incriminated the remaining 2 branches of the United States Government that I was born in 1957, but you would have expected at least one person in the Nixon administration to have known a little about the important history of the United States even if they were not a lawyer such as Nixon having the greatest difficulty keeping track of his lies.

 

Therefore if you are not someone who is mindful of the important facts that led to you becoming the leader of the world’s most formidable nuclear power with a history of never backing down when it came to the value of your citizens’ money, then you would expect that your military commanders who you are relying on to execute flawlessly the military operations including all out war, both domestic and foreign, to be able to make the convincing arguments to your soldiers who if they feel misled could just as easily turn on you as they would be willing to die in order to defeat the enemy.

 

When you first saw the latest photograph I placed up earlier on my Facebook wall – CLICK HERE – it does not tell you how fortunate I feel to still be enjoying life in increasingly better health, and still feeling great from last evenings fast paced hike with Mango as Marie bicycled to the top of the hill equally effortlessly that would have most half our age still puffing.

 

The fact that I am explaining the valuing of the one commodity that people are willing to sacrifice family and lifetime friendships in order to get more of, and no one else on the planet coming close, does not lead me to believe that everyone acting so busy is as busy as they protest.

 

Bear in mind I was thinking most carefully what I was going to be saying 63 days after I broke my 24 year silence with the DAAC and was meeting with the world’s most secretive multi-billionaire, South African Jonathan Beare who agreed to our breakfast meeting in Beverly Hills, California at the same restaurant at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel where a few years before we had met when he was dining with the senior Rothschild brother, because J. Beare was always interested in what I had to say because he not only liked my common sense thinking but that I could be counted on to be most discrete.

 

If a very busy making money person like J. Beare would drop everything he was doing to sit and “chit chat” with me, it did not have me concluding that those no quite as money rich as J. Beare would be less interested in what I had to say when what I had to say all centered around money.

 

84 days later, April 7, 2005, when the DAAC’s South African Sunday Times who had previously run this clever ad, A NAME FROM HERE, YOU CAN TRUST OVER THERE

wrote me a most threatening letter when refusing to run my DeBeers INFORMERS WANTED ad – CLICK HERE – I had not forgotten all that which had occurred on January 13, 2005 at J. Beare’s and my breakfast meeting where seated 2 tables away was Larry King of CNN.

 

J. Beare knew when I refused to remove his name from my broadcasted emails because it was getting too much attention from people as prominent as the Rothschilds as well as your average bar hopper hoping to pick up a hooker without costing an arm and a leg literally and figuratively, that I would not only continue to share his name with the world but the fact that this immensely cash and real estate rich man was clueless about how the money system actually worked.

 

The superrich are not all like J. Beare given how the hoardes of people surrounding him including his rather large family were like all brown-nosers mostly out for his money, but the difference is that all the arse kissers knew that each of them stood as good a chance as the next of inheriting nothing less than a King’s Ransom since he is openly homosexual and has no children of his own which he confessed to me at that meeting was one of his proudest achievements to humanity, since he was not contributing to the overpopulation problem.

 

Of course everyone thinks they are not only independent thinkers capable of making their own mind up, but that their children are not going to grow up corrupt like everyone else’s children who are corrupt.

 

Remember the key point I am making is that if someone as worldly as J. Beare was so hamstrung when finding out so late in life that all his wealth had been manipulated by people he never once gave a thought to because the DAAC are in fact so very discrete when need be, which is when manipulating those with the biggest egos first which as we learned from Einstein are those with the least amount of knowledge, you cannot really expect any different behavior from anyone else.

 

Hence why I made the decision to first test out J. Beare with my knowledge that I had held on to for 24 years without so much as breathing a single word.

 

The fact that not one of the great many people I have since shared the information with have gone about sharing it with others has a lot to do with why I am still able to walk the streets of the world and gauge people’s reaction especially once they find out all the years this information has been out there; and yet not a single reporter has decided they want to be the next Matt Drudge or someone even more famous.

Perhaps the penny is only now dropping with you the importance of it is not only J. Beare who has been misled, but each and every person making their money off Wall Street.

 

That is right, not one name on the Forbes list of billionaires is “self-made”, including Nicholas Oppenheimer who inherited all his wealth.

 

Oppenheimer knows that if he goes down, so does the entire House of Cards.

 

They are all not only counting on you but your children; and you know how kids talk.

 

Nor do you find much conversation about what would lead the real traitor, Major Esterhazy to commit treason when sharing top secret French military intelligence with the Germans who would have profited not only from the knowledge of France’s latest gun weaponry, but from being able to beef up their own intelligence network to root out spies within the German military and identify other moles like Esterhazy, and no less importantly to boost their standing with Germany’s war industry.

 

Could you see each history teacher in the world [still] supporting every [comical] economist to the point that there is not a single human willing to break rank with those lying through their teeth?

 

You are in fact seeing it happen right before your eyes.

 

Yet your logical mind says that is impossible for a couple of reasons.

 

People have the hardest time keeping a secret, especially when they know the secret is getting out there.

 

Second, everyone is programmed only to want to feel good even if it is only enjoying the most delicious tasting cow lips that are first marrinated in aged pig blood which is spiced with the most heavenly spices, plus salt and pepper of course.

 

The Occidental human looks down on eating the lips of a cow because it is seen as below them, even though when they look at a cow they notice that both the upper and lower lips are positioned higher than most, if not all of the acceptable edible parts.

 

What I just shared with you 7 paragraphs above, 80 words, “Nor do you find… war industry” is not something you would learn about in the world’s best military schools, because this is not taught, otherwise you would have the young cadets heading for the exit signs of their classrooms in mass panic.

 

Let’s now assume that immediately after I hit the “send button” I am killed, whether the result of an Act of God or a bullet fired into the back of my head, you would have something to talk about at the next dinner table.

 

Do you think that explains why it is that I have as many as 128 Facebook friends?

 

Don’t you find it quite amazing that my one FB friend, ex CIA member, Laura Malter continues to avoid answering the very important question I first began putting to her more than 2 years ago which caused her to disable her FB account; namely, what I last wrote up on her FB wall back on Oct. 5:

 

Laura, I have to ask you since you have read The Diamond Invention book that is still available free over The Internet, what section specifically in the book would the officials of DeBeers have pointed Warren Buffett to had he either not agreed to purchase Ben Ridge Jewelers that was founded in 1912, back in May 2000 or if he had driven too hard a bargain, when the only goal of the banking-mining consortium DeBeers-Anglo American Corporation [DAAC] was to expose that much more their puppet Warren Buffett?

 

You have 430 other FB friends, and you know that this question would interest each of them more than anything they are hearing about in the news given how what took place a decade and half ago is what is making the news today.

 

Jose, you who are a well schooled engineer, travelled the world, speak a perfect English and a bunch more languages in addition to your native Spanish, are not surprised by the fact that of all the great many people I know throughout the world, not one individual has ever asked either me or Marie what was the “sensitive” material that the prosecution in my $4 million TEXAS DEATH SENTENCE default judgment trial were referring to in response to the bought Texas State Court judge Martin Lowy, appearing to chastise them when Lowy began the court transcribed proceedings on June 30, 2010 stating matter of factly that it would be impossible for me to defend myself, “Defenses to what?” from the allegations of defamation by ex CIA member Charles Knuff, given how Knuff in his original complaint never provided a shred of evidence that I had committed defamation; and nor did Knuff or his liar-lawyers ever present during the subsequent equally kangaroo court proceedings, evidence of defamation, because of course no evidence existed, which is why Lowy nor any other court has asked me to remove the defamatory statements.

 

Surely you must have read by now the Texas State Court transcripts – CLICK HERE – which the California Court of Appeals say I never submitted when asking them to overturn the decision of the lower courts in both California and Texas which the CA Court of Appeals knew were wrong in every detail. How can a higher court like the California Court of Appeals be telling such a blatant lie given how their court records show that I included the transcripts of the bogus Texas State Court proceedings?

 

People in denial believe what they want to believe.

 

How could anyone in good conscience continue to practice law or go to law school to become a lawyer, knowing this most egregious miscarriage of justice; other than to do it for the money?

 

Could you imagine the world with no lawyers, without the world first blowing up? Of course you can. You don’t even need much of a healthy imagination given how you would know that were I to be given the opportunity to speak to all the world’s elementary school kids, all the law school faculties throughout the world could easily find themselves empty because the professors of law decided to head for the hills.

 

You must already perfectly understand that just one employee of the DAAC, not necessarily a senior executive, could decide to join me because the pain of mental suicide was too much.

 

Given the extraordinary deafening silence from the DAAC’s “common herd” you could easily envision someone who is not close to as crazy as all those living in this denial, not wanting to hate themselves so much, let alone have to sit either at a business meeting and/or around the family dinner table fearful that after the next anxious pregnant pause, the subject of my knowledge is brought up, starting with this communique?

 

Nor could the hideous Texas prosecutors so eager to murder my reputation even concoct the evidence because that would mean they would have needed to backdate any false documents that were now posted up on The Internet which would have been an impossible task.

 

Dreyfus and his friends never had such a powerful tool as The Internet to provide them with the “Exculpatory evidence” that would have helped in Dreyfus’ defense, but of course Dreyfus had a great many friends including famous writer  Émile Zola who died on September 29, 1902 at age 62, and of course it is very possible that Zola could have been murdered.

 

BTW, you must seen all the nice things our many hosts on Airbnb have had to say about Marie, Mango and me; and of course most of them already know as much as you and so of course do both the middle and top management of Airbnb.

 

Put on your thinking hat; how long do you reasonable expect all this across the board lying to continue?

A person who is not healthy does not have a healthy love life because they don’t have a healthy, active sex life; and to compensate for their unhappiness they continue to eat that much more poison foods that make them that much angrier with the world.

 

Still everyone should know their own family history and how it fits in with the history of the world; and if not, then you would expect people to become that much more distant with one another.

 

The fact that my very close-knit immediate Jewish family have difficulties with this does not mean it is any easier for others.

 

Nor would you expect me to be disappointed in the very poor behavior of others who are that much more about money.

 

The moment I become a household name to the general public then in the next instant the world will have to deal with the reality that there has never been anything close to democracy anywhere in the world, other than on the kibbutzim of Israel, which were utterly destroyed once the DAAC were able to use their own diamond currency as well as their regulation of all the other government currencies to entice the youth of Israel to leave the farms-kibbutzim for the easier lifestyle in the cities where the best looking women were increasingly congregated; and nor were they aging poorly from the rough and tough work on the farms where the hot sun took a disastrous toll on the skin.

 

Mother Nature seems to have been working towards corrupting the fragile human nature so easily influenced.

 

Premature aging of the skin is the first thing the young pick up on, at the same time they are equally embarrassed by the fat of their closest relatives, starting with their mother and father, leaving only the money reason for hanging around relatives.

 

The idea that age brings wisdom is something I am proving beyond a shadow of a doubt to be untrue.

 

When you lose your wisdom and your looks then you fight like a ferocious wild beast to hold on to the value of your money, but still there is big problem to overcome besides for my knowledge getting out there.

 

A great many people like Facebook because FB have been very smart not to have those checking on those who have a FB account leave any record; at least this information is not yet shared with the Facebook account user.

 

Consequently, when people go to my Facebook account and see little to no comment on the important “news of the day”, they understand that much more what disturbs not just my FB “friends”.

 

Anything that I place up that is only slightly controversial elicits a deafening silence; and yet I not only have 127 FB friends, but people like Keisha Whitaker and her husband Forest have quite the worldwide following.

 

Assume I lose all my FB friends without any of them explaining their trauma?

 

I have been a household name to banking-mining monopolist DeBeers-Anglo American Corporation [DAAC] ever since I passed with flying colors the entrance examinations that allowed me to officially work for the DAAC’s single most important site holder in the world. Codiam Inc. which barely generated enough profit to keep 2 households living a very luxurious lifestyle which is why Stephen Cohen and Alan Lipworth had their big fallout which even caught the attention of J. Beare, was tasked with fixing the price of the DAAC’s diamond currency as well as all the subordinate currencies such as the US $ and South African Rand.

 

Bear in mind again, J. Beare when hearing all the bad gossiping going on between Lipworth and Cohen was clueless about their business because both Lipworth and Cohen who are distant relations of mine, and both mentioned in THE UNLIKELY FORESTER where my “lucky uncle” Dave makes out like I am dead because of course he didn’t like me once I refused to be corrupt like him and the rest of the family, knew better than to share with anyone who was not part of The Diamond Invention, the real business of the DAAC which is to have everyone corrupt while looking up to the DAAC as smart.

 

Why in the world would you want to bring a child into such a corrupt world unless your goal was to make them more corrupt than you?

 

You must be aware that the Presidential elections here in the US are fast approaching and there are all sorts of “side clashes” going on, but no one talking about the rigging of the currency market, which of course is not only discussed behind closed door sessions of the US Congress, the World Court, the OECD, the British Parliament etc, but the very top dogs know the great difficulty they are having getting the record removed of President Richard Nixon’s 15 minute speech on August 15, 1971, when he lambasted the “international money speculators waging an all out war on the US Dollar” without naming the DAAC.

 

The fact that at the time the DAAC’s most important Chief Executive Officer was my “lucky uncle” David Gevisser [1926-2009] is not inconsequential.

 

The fact that President Nixon 166 days before when hearing that D. Gevisser’s immediate boss, German-American South Africa Invader, Charles W. Engelhard Jr. had died, having turned just 54 the month before, was highly suspicious that Engelhard Jr. had died of “natural causes” and summoned a CIA Hungarian countess to approach D. Gevisser when he came to the United States for Engelhard’s Roman Catholic funeral held at St. Mary’s Abby Church, Morris Town, two words, New Jersey, is also not inconsequential as such a meeting D. Gevisser chronicles in great detail in his 2006 autobiography, THE UNLIKELY FORESTER.

 

Over the course of the past 37 odd years since immigrating to the United States from mineral rich South Africa I have continued to observe how little has changed throughout the world other than the continued spending of the earth, and like the environment getting sicker so has the human.

 

When you rig the currency market you rig everything, and nothing changes because the rich keep getting the money and the poor the shaft.

 

I also knew within days after arriving in Chicago on March 17, St. Patrick’s Day that I just needed to keep my mouth shut, and it was inevitable that I would soon be sitting in the highest vaults of gun-money-power.

 

I also figured that D. Gevisser could have just as easily made a phone call rather than provide me with 2 signed “letters of introduction” which he gave to his best friend, my mother Zena who handed them to me in unsealed envelopes just as I was about to board the plane leaving Durban, South Africa on March 16, 1978, a most important month and year in The Diamond Invention, which you would easily get your head around when reading Epstein’s most interesting non-fiction book, The Diamond Invention which he began penning in 1978.

 

It was also fortuitous that D. Gevisser did not like to speak on the phone because he had a horrible stutter, and which my mother did not have to make a point of when asking him for the “letters of introduction” which he would have had great difficulty in refusing giving how well I had held my tongue all the years. 

 

Again, there has never been any democracy in the entire existence of the human species because at best there have been on occasion benevolent dictators who have never managed to perpetuate fairness because the human has never mastered the logic of being just and fair.

 

Consequently, one should dispense with the notion that it is the good guys who are spreading democracy throughout the world just because they keep repeating that they are the good guys.

 

You will have undoubtedly heard that Prime Minister of Israel Netanyahu gave a speech recently before the United Nations when he stood silent for a blistering 44 seconds. Mr. Netanyahu knew that he was not fooling the DAAC officials even if he had the rest of the world fooled.

 

Israel is the “wild card” because Israel is the easiest nuclear weapons superpower to wipe out, and nor would the rest of the world care, other than to celebrate wildly, just so long as there is not a domino effect; and if there is then the end will come quickly for everyone without much prolonged pain and suffering; and until then to continue celebrating and no less important be entertained.

 

Israel now has the very competent Russian army led, like all military, by its air force, criss-crossing the skies of Israel’s most fierce enemy Syria, but still Putin knows that even if Israel is wiped off the face of the map, Israel’s nuclear submarine fleet has the ability to wipe out the entire world.

 

But will they?

 

That is the $64,000 question.

 

Would Israel retaliate and be so mean spirited to the entire world’s population including the wild life and forests barely managing to hold on to this overpopulation explosion of the insensitive?

 

Netanyahu is the only leader who has actively campaigned for animal rights when supporting one day a week of vegetarian food being served to the Israeli Knesset made up of mostly ferocious meat eating relgious people who have long lost their way.

 

The fact that Netanyahu is most probably still a meat eater does not diminish the fact that it is most confrontational to take on the Jewish religious clergy who depend upon the eating of poison meat for their existence.

 

So why all this public discourse about so inconsequential Iran whose puppets are simply spewing forth all the hatred of Israel because they too like their cushy lifestyles?

 

To get at the truth you would need to ask both Netanyahu and Israel’s Mossad and you cannot expect either of them to be anything less than 100% deceptive.

 

Russian jets could care less about ISIS who Putin has stated clearly is the creation of all the world’s military complexes starting with ours here in the United States, but every country who has a puppet leader is part of the arms race. They are testing the air defenses of the Israelis, and that of course has to be most distressing for Israel given how Putin has not tried to hide that like Warren Buffett, he is part of The Diamond Invention.

 

The photo of Putin and Nicholas Oppenheimer which I have shown repeatedly and which the courts here in the United States take great umbrage, is an insult to all our intelligence; and yet the world continues on like nothing has happened since that day in early September 2006.
