How long do you think it would take you to fill it out, and get all the paperwork filed?
Remember you have the transcripts of my two hearings before California Judge Bloom that will confirm what you first thought was incredible that he would actually voice that his job as a judge was to rubber stamp the Texas State Court judgment as if he were a potted plant; and yet he went further out of what appears to be the most morbid curiosity to explore the entire case; and when he asked ex CIA Charles Knuff’s Century City lawyers whether they could explain the defamation, other than they saw this lawsuit as an easy way to steal money, and they said they had no idea, but if he wanted they would send him a summary of the case,he then told them not to bother as he repeated that his hands were tied.
Don’t also forget that this is the United States of America. Nothing like this could have happened in South Africa during the US Government’s 3rd Reich’s South Division rule because not even the dumbest Jewish South Africans, and you know who they all are, would have fallen for such a large judgment without a shred of evidence of defamation in the 700+ pages of exhibits that ex CIA Knuff introduced as evidence.
Have you not thought what first year law school students would think of this farce, especially if they were entering the law profession because they saw it as the cushiest job to get rich as pig in shit like Jeffrey R. Krinsk Esq?
The only way any judge could say that their hands were tied is either because Judge Bloom’s hands were actually tied, and that was not the case or because he figured only the corrupt would ever getting around to reading what he had to say and they wouldn’t add more than the silence and nonsense they have already offered, because it makes sense if you are corrupt you are very happy with the fact that you have more time and money to play than those not profiting from this unjust justice system of the Oppenheimer monopolists who have never tried once to fool their common herd that they rule; and knowing that they their common herd couldn’t see further than the edge of their noses while quickly getting over the stench of the death factories of Auschwitz etc etc.
I also think I should continue to consider filing for bankruptcy protection ahead of the debtors examination and at the same time request a hearing before the Trustee and/or Federal Judge to hear the entire case which so far every bankruptcy lawyer says they don’t think my chances are very high of the bankruptcy court hearing not just because no judges like to rule against other judges but all of them can read that what had Judge Lowy and the Texas Appeals Court who ruled against me the most “upset” and why they felt the need to punish me with an extraordinary $4 million including $3 million to boot in punitive damages is because they wanted me to pay for them feeling so stupid and at the same time to send a message to anyone else to be satisfied with the status quo and to believe that when they see stuff like the Rotary Club saying “Goodbye to Polio” and those stickers proudly displayed on the expensive motor cars of Rotary members, it reinforces that money can solve most if not all problems.
So why is it so difficult for you to make a decision and separate from the common herd thinking?
