Charles, when you have a negative view of women, as you, Thiel and Sacks have, and there are more than the 3 of you, one first has to look at their negative relationship with their mother.
If, in rare instances, it is a positive one, which it cannot be if their mother is either stupid or a drunk, which most are because the mother is stupid, for example to have chosen as the father of her children, an alcoholic, then you have to look at the personality that the child is born with, and realize that as they age poorly, hate getting up in the morning, avoiding as long as possible looking in the mirror, their fate is sealed.

How can you grossly ignore the mass extinction of species in the same period the billionaire class has exploded?

There must have been some members of the film crew who have spent time in nature and seen that our forests in north America and Europe have not overtaken the cities, the same with the rain forests of Africa and South America.
