Are you denying saying that the caller told you, “Before you get involved in this litigation it is better that we talk, we know how to reach you” and you replied, “How do you know me, how did you get my number?” which you told me resulted in the caller repeating the words, “Before you get involved in this litigation it is better that we talk, we know how to reach you”?

Does that not make you a liar?
