By the way, being overweight has nothing to do with trying to put everyone down. What it does say about the person is that they have deep resentment and issues to deal with. This allows them in their mind to deflect from their issues by trying to put people down. This is like an addict who takes drugs to deflect from his core issues and feels that by taking drugs will make him feel better. This is exactly what you are doing. It may be a very deep issue from your childhood. You should seek help and maybe do some DMR to get the the core issue.
