It is not for your edification who gets it, but in speaking with an artist painter who dropped by earlier to pick up a commissioned painting from Marie for his wife who called and he told her the smallest of small fibs because he wants to keep this Christmas gift a secret, the reason that I am a target of not just the corrupt judiciary of Texas, but every lawyer-liar in the world including all the non-lawyers who have never really broken a sweat when making all their monies, is that they want to suppress me exposing a South African based, racist of racist mining monopoly who see the First Amendment of the US Constitution as a weapon of intimidation to hide the treason of their corrupted US officials.
De Beers and all those they have co-opted-corrupted as well as those simply riding their coattails of Fear, Intimidation & Bribes [FIB] see this defamation lawsuit as their last line of defense.
As time has marched on and each of them see that my support isn’t getting stronger and nor is it getting any weaker since I have always known that unless someone like you showed up it would only be Marie and me, and still we have won because we have truth at our side and none of them can fix this lie of lies, so they will only be counting on that much for support from the most murderous De Beers who don’t have a military of their own, and nor have they compensated our military fairly, which is not to say that they could pay you all the riches in the world to let go of your pride, Men of Honor.

This MIT graduate with his post doctorate in aeronautical engineering and now involved in cyberwar defense systems, has studied with Sebastian Capella and also works with a 45 year old US Air Force Fighter pilot who has flown some 45 of our fighter aircraft the F-15 and the U2, and who you very possibly know well; and of course, I will share his name with you privately.

Have you noticed how PBS are talking more about how the government is violating the First Amendment Right of Freedom of Speech and so the journalists are getting scared and they are when not saying out loud, “You might as well have communism” strongly alluding to it.
You know every Constitutional Lawyer worth talking about and those bs folks at PBS are inundated with First Amendment pontificators already knows about why the top First Amendment lawyers who in the past couldn’t contain themselves as to how smart they were when going out to bars to attract their barflies as they also prided themselves that they were not all about money like all the other lawyers, know about this Ex CIA Knuff defamation lawsuit that is everything about Freedom of Speech.
It really isn’t difficult to extrapolate the reaction of every American lawyer I have spoken with who is expert in the First Amendment and they have all shut down and that is not because they are happy people and/or they suddenly found God.
Worse even then realizing that the United States Government is the devil is the fact that they weren’t smart enough to figure it out on their own; and here I come along and I have ruined their entire lives and not all of them remember that they are not as rich as shareholder class action litigator Jeffrey R. Krinsk and his former US Attorney partner Howard Finkelstein.
Ex CIA Knuff-Loewinsohn-Lowy and company are are making it sound like a terrorist case this whole sensitive issue which are the repeated words of Loewinsohn in the June 30, 2010 hearing, that I am basically inciting violence, but they have never proved anything.
Remember Devin Standard still talks to his father Kenneth who is in the cc section just in case others didn’t notice. He was one of 72,000 lawyers who were members of the New York State Bar Associatioin when he was President. Let’s just assume there 1 million lawyers in the United States do you think that we should assume that one of them is honest because we have yet to find one honest lawyer?
Do you think that just because my life experience is that a corrupt person will only do what they want to do I should expect one of my adversaries to become my friend before the herd turns?

This $4 MILLION DEATH SENTENCE was most carefully thought through. It is no coincidence that the Texas 5th Court of Appeals while asking in writing for Judge Lowy to explain why he allowed Tucker to be severed from the lawsuit on the day of my DEATH SENTENCE again all about the Appearance of Propriety since all the Appeals Court Judges along with the clerk Lisa Maltz can read simple English which is all that one needs when reading the transcripts, refuse my request to have Knuff’s lawyer-liar Loewinsohn proved me Knuff’s medical as well as financial records to prove up both his damages as well as neurological diseases which he used during his crocodile tears “testimoney” (sic).
It is so sick.

I could still take out of South Africa the “settling allowance” the US Government’s Apartheid Regime allowed white South Africans who had stolen the most.

You remember the disgrace lawyer-developer Robert Lawrence and his wife Laurie Black and their 4 boys had to endure as US Ambassador to Switzerland Larry Lawrence’s decaying bones were dug up in Arlington Memorial cemetery and if they weren’t tossed in to a garbage dumpster in downtown San Diego, my only question is why not?
Of course Robert wouldn’t have dared voiced to me his criticism of my fair words, but my good friend Laurie did ask me nicely to ease up for the sake of her children, who she indicated had like her and Robert gone through hell.
You remember the reason why Lawrence’s body was exhumed not long after his pal De Beers President Bill “Rhodes-De Beers Scholar” Clinton gave a eulogy at the graveside at Arlington, was because Lawrence had lied about his war record.

Right now about 5 young high school females just ran northwards along the cliff in front of Carriage-Cliff house and if you were next to me your eyes would tell you that they and rest of your body was more attracted to how their body parts came together in such a smooth flow versus the exact opposite.
If worthless money had not been used to reward the two most unaccomplished professions; namely medical doctors and lawyers, there would be that much more personal responsibility.
These two professions are the ones that work hand in hand in spending the earth.
In the next instant should China decide to pull the plug on the US and instead of supplying us with all our consumable needs and in return receive more worthless US $s, to supply their own peoples whose numbers equal more than twice the population of the combined populations of all Europe and the United States, it would also mean how would our soldiers on all our military bases spread throughout the world feed themselves because the locals would demand China’s currency.

If you watch nothing else just watch the beginning that is predominantly about the training of China’s now 1.5 billion population in martial arts starting at an age when western kids are already fully addicted to sugar, fat and meat.
You will notice that there are not that many cattle ranchers in China because there is very little cattle; and cattle remember are responsible for our fat diseased culture where the increasingly younger aged talk increasingly more about the cattle diseases of cancer and the heart. China is of course beginning to consume more of the world’s natural resources than the United States, but that does not mean that the United States is in a position to share fairly with the Chinese the resources we and our allied nations beginning with the South African Apartheid Regime consumed ever since De Beers became the official allocators of the world’s resources following their victory in the South African Boer War of 1899-1902.

David Gevisser remained on as CEO of Engelhard Enterprises SA through 1973 by which time the $6 million “sign on bonus” he received for becoming the South African executor of the world’s mineral richest estate had skyrocketed.
Let me share with you publicly available data on the price of platinum.
When Engelhard organized for President elect John F. Kennedy to meet with his partner Harry Oppenheimer at the Carlyle Hotel, the price of platinum was $83.50 which was the same going back to January 1960 when Engelhard first fixed a price on this commodity which had a very small market and all of it was in the jewelry sector.
The price of platinum in March 1978 was now $225 a troy ounce.
More important than the fact that every new motor vehicle and truck sold in the United States now had a 1.9 gram of platinum placed in the catalytic converter of the exhaust system was how De Beers-Anglo American Corporation who thanks to my lucky uncle Dave transferring to them Engelhard’s control of the world supply of platinum, now had each and every American public official from the lowest rank city council member of the smallest town in the US all the way to the PResident and each member of the US Supreme Court by the short hairs.

Robinson who I think you would agree is just as much in charge of the puppet Obama as he was when the top dog at the National Security Council telling The Being There President Ronald W. Reagan how best to fight the contrived war with the Soviet Evil Empire, it was on right that you shared with them your mental deficiencies following your experience having oral sex with a male and where according to King Golden Jr. who told GSGevisser you couldn’t tell the difference were it a woman giving you oral copulation?
GSGevisser says that he is prepared right now to be hooked up to an FBI administered polygraph test; are you game?
Even if David Gevisser was not CEO of Engelhard Enterprises SA on the day Nixon announced his “bugagoo” speech, any common sense person who didnt have their head up their ass would know just from the consequences that the principal beneficiaries were South Africa based De Beers.
That speech alone will also bring to the end the careers of each and every professor of finance and economics beginning with our Ivy League Universities as each of them before that happens has to be thinking very seriously that they might not have sufficient liability insurance were their students to file a class action lawsuit for gross negligence which the weakest student of the law knows is a human hair difference with fraud which the courts all over the world have never saw fit to split the difference.
When my longest American friend, Skokie-Chicago Illinois ambulance chasing lawyer Sid Abelski Esq. returned the copy of Knuff-Loewinsohn’s original complaint I sent him which had him deciding without my permission to call Loewinsohn in an effort to begin playing in a bigger league I didn’t conclude that lawyers further up the food chain would decide that in order to sleep better at night they should try and help me expose Lowy-Knuff-Loewinsohn.
333 days have now gone by since I was handed the DEATH SENTENCE.

Why would any non-lawyer want to support such evil people who are so united in the rape and murder of my good name, and knowing that all their silence will as time marches on expose each of them without them ever being able to escape their personal liability for failing in their fiduciary responsibilities to disclose to their clients this materially relevant information beginning with why they haven’t lifted a finger to inform our soldiers that even if they were to become President of the United States they could not become investors of De Beers’ Lloyds of London.

In the 10 hours I met with David Gevisser in Johannesburg back in 1995 just weeks before Marie joined me in Cape Town, there was not a moment when either of us was bored. One could also say that the Ducati ST4S that I ride has Nazi-De Beers written all over it.
The difference is that I am sharing my knowledge of the systemic rot while offering very common sense solutions to solving all the problems of the world which end the moment diamonds becomes worthless.
