The collapse of the stock market here in the United States is all but certain. It makes no sense that a publicly traded company should be valued more than a private business which generally sells for between 3 and 5 times predictable earnings plus liquidation value, i.e. “less godwill blah blah” [sic]. And remember management of private companies are much more accountable assuming they have the checks in place for their “audirtors not writely balanced” [sic].
Publicly traded companies with their diverse shareholder ownership allow management much more flexibility to mix things up, taking with the right and hooking the owners with their left, lefties to boot. Right now the smart money has left or is in the process of leaving the markets in search of “safer heavens” [sic], safe harbor provisions a thing of the past.
President Bush should do the smart thing and immediately suspend trading of public corporations, thereby protectING the innocent and naive who are simply throwing good money after bad. Those well run public companies should have no fear for they will be at a competitive advantage relative to the capital that has been so smartly socked away.
The scars of 1907 remain on the masonry buildings housing the stock exchange of Wall Street. The fundamentals of the economy at that time were much worse than in 1929. One man J.P. Morgan saved the day, not so lucky for the victims of 1929. History has a way of repeating itself but today the “risk markets” are more fragile than at any time in history.

I very much doubt these Wall Street kids who have been smart enough not to make any demands, will have any difficulty connecting up the dots between the meltdown in the stock market in late October 1907 that had J.P. Morgan, the principal financier of terrorist of terrorist financing organization De Beers-Anglo American Corporation [DAAC] , stepping up to the plate, and the DAAC instructing their murderous banker-lawyer-liar President Teddy Roosevelt to send out The Great White American Fleet on December 16, 1907, the start of America’s Gunboat Diplomacy that encompassed Fear, Intimidation & Bribes [FIB], and would immediately begin “savings” on the importation costs of our future slaves; and those who would eventually escape the tyranny of our puppet governments in Mexico, Costa Rico, Brazil, Sudan, Libya, Nigeria, etc etc would end up paying their own way, and that much stronger wavers of the flag.
You have not forgotten that the Pledge of Allegiance was crafted in 1892 the same year these American bankers who all owe their allegiance to the DAAC met on July 4, Independence to plot the end of democratic rule in the US which of course they snickered at given how ludicrous could it be for a people to be so vocal about democratic principles that include the right to free speech after they have exterminated the majority of first population group and then placing their weak remnants in concentration camps which were simply called “Indian Reserves”.
Let me quickly say hello to my longtime pal Mark Silverstein of the ACLU who will remember how back in the 1980s, I and his roommate from Virginia Law School, King Golden Jr. Esq. journeyed to Washington DC to celebrate with Mark who was presenting an “oral brief” to the US Supreme Court on behalf of disaffected reserve impounded Indians who would be put to work promoting Indian Gambling which is yet another tiered monetary system which the US Government do not include in the money supply numbers.
