How funny is that? I just read that 2/3 of people would not date a Vegan. I actually believe it’s more than 2/3 of Vegans that would never date an animal eater. I think it’s about 99.9 percent that could not do that.

Gary Gevisser duh. What the hell do you think I’m using? I’m on Veggly and many other dating apps. I’m also gay. It’s harder to find someone who has a similar background like mine and is vegan. Don’t judge me.
Georgina V Woodward it is part of the dating process to ascertain whether or not someone is compatible. It makes perfect sense to avoid a relationship with someone who is a serial killer (by proxy) simply for the sake of tactile pleasure.
I’m 71 and absolutely not interested in relationships anymore. Never been happier in my life than I’m now. Glad, that I don’t have the problem looking for a nice Vegan. Not too many there in my age group. And there is absolutely no chance I could get on with an animal eater, not even a vegetarian. I think I’m a very tolerant woman. But there is no way I could tolerate and go out with someone that eats animals. There would be something major missing when there is different values, morals and ethics. And kissing an animal eater? No, thank you.
Baerbel Reimann I am almost 69 and have been single since 1994. I love my peace and quiet in my freedom. I can’t imagine dating someone with the moral values and ethics completely gone about these things
It’s a question of right out smell from the body exuded through their pores and other orifices – the pheromones are being repulsed – and who of course would like to eat next to a bloody carnivore.
Rachel, they were “normal” people asked if they would date a Vegan and 2/3 said no. I can understand that they don’t want to. Who wants to be reminded of the horrible choices that cause so much pain and destroy our planet in the process all the time? Most animal eaters like to stay in lala land and a Vegan who could tell them the truth would definitely spoil that.
I married a meat eater 25 years ago when i was vegitaretarian, ive been vegan for 6 years and as time goes on i find it repulsive, if it were 25 years ago i would not have married him until he comitted to a plant based lifestyle, he pretty much is now but not completely.
