I don’t expect you to know the history of Jewish South Africans because Jewish South Africans know little and nothing about their Jewish history which is neither very long nor difficult to understand and why they don’t dig very deep, but you do expect it of the rabbis to play ostrich to the truth unless they were bought by the South African Apartheid Regime.who were led the German-South African Oppenheimer family well before they grabbed power 11 days after the fledgling State of Israel was expected to be wiped out by sunset on its first official day of fighting in the War of Independence.

i tried looking up their Village Mental Health Associates and drew a
complete blank; does it still exist?
I noticed that Abner does not have one of his children as a Facebook
“friend”; did they all desert him? (funny place the desert as well as it
allows a lot of contemplation about the material world)
Earlier I sent out to a bunch of people including my own immediate family

One can only imagine what must have gone on in Durban when he was younger
and his wife Shifra was busy with all the kids?
It brought one of Shifra’s South African relations “out of the woodwork”.
I find it most interesting that you are a convert to Judaism and yet you are
the only person I know who is acting Jewish in this egregious affair.
To think that Abner may have “touched” and I mean it in a most positive way
more Jewish people than any one Jewish person alive today is both scary as
well as uplifting, assuming there is a God.
It can only be an Act of God the fact that there has been no one coming
forward in the Jewish communities throughout the world to grieve openly with
Shifra who I grew up with for not only the first 21 years of my life in
South Africa but when I first lived in New York I spent a lot of time with
her in particular as I took ill while working on 47th Street and she would
go out of her way and visit with me; and God only knows what Abner was up.
BTW my elder sister got married in their house in Beverly Hills.
