I’m attempting an unconventional way to reach Alon SIC Musk.
Although I will soon be 61 and healthier than most people who are a third my age and who would consider themselves healthy, I didn’t really know much about Musk until this evening.
After watching about an hour of interviews, I sent him a message over FB messaging; and it begins as follows:
My beautiful F-C [Française-Canadienne] wife Marie Dion who has no problem with the abbreviation who like me hasn’t really paid any attention to you, other than this evening when watching a couple of programs on Youtube about you, say that it has to be “tough for him, he’s an innovator and there is a lot of jealousy; I’m sure people are trying to put sticks in your wheels.”
She also says, “People with little intelligence have great difficulty feeling stupid” along with “Once you have the truth, you know everyone’s game!”
She also says about you, “He’s quite something; a nice change.”
You and I have somewhat similar backgrounds; both born and raised in South Africa and both of us decided to leave because we didn’t want to be crazy enough to do military service for the Apartheid Regime.
I also immigrated to the States, on March 17, 1978, one week shy of my 21st.
Within a few days of settling in to a new job in Chicago, I began a year long orientation in to De Beers-Barclays

which was directly overseen by Harry Oppenheimer whose former partner, American Charles W. Engelhard Jr. had taken a controlling interest in one of my immediate family’s The Moshal Gevisser Group of Companies.
ACME Timber Industries
effectively controlled all the remaining sectors of the South African economy which De Beers-Anglo American Corporation didn’t control.
