I’ll definitely buy the book. Let me explain how I got to 2facetruth… I do Project Management for a big developer in Gauteng. I met a guy who is linked with Shaun Hurwitz who in turn manages finance opportunities for Jonathan Beare. I Googled the billionaire and got round to e-mails sent by a certain Gevisser (your father) who mentions Beare, which got me to 2facetruth… I started reading and kept reading and reading and reading… Boy what a good read! Now for the interesting part: My great grandfather Ds Dr Johan Reyneke was the preacher doing the sermon when Jan Smuts was buried. Apparently the Queen of England attended and was so moved by his words that she sponsored a trip for my great grandfather to visit the whole of Europe, Russia and UK, and send all the bills to Buckingham Palace! My father Ds Louw Reyneke was also a preacher, his father Dr Ds Kobie Reyneke as well. My great grandfather as well as you now know, and we are direct descendants of Ds Andrew Murray, the famous Scottish preacher. Seems it runs in the family… I went to London and saw the statue of Jan Smuts at Westminister Abbey, and always had a fascination with how smart he was. Your site shed some light on him and the history of South Africa. Thanks for that! I also quite enjoyed all the Diamond and Apartheid stuff! I always knew Apartheid had to be a smoke screen for something, now I know. I enjoy the info you share, keep it up! Regards,
