Jacques Pauw, do you ever think that a person in denial loses their sensitivity, restricting delving into human consciousness which inexplicably developed like everything from the first atomic structures, mostly the Hydrogen atom which arrived around 380,000 years after the start of the Big Bang some 13.5 billion years ago?

In the case of the Hydrogen atom, and Hydrogen constituting some 75% of the entire universe, given how the number of protons and electrons are equal, the hydrogen
atom is electrically neutral which seems to translate well over to us humans who if the crowd is big enough it is just a matter of moments before the chain reaction goes critical?

That should, if you are on my wavelength, remind you of a most spectacular event in October 1937 when two openly Nazi supporters, American Wallis Simpson and her husband Edward VIII who had got married on June 3, 1937, following Edward VIII’s abdication on 11 December 1936, visited with Adolf Hitler at his Obersalzberg retreat.

You must have heard the rumors of Prince William, who like his brother Harry and father Charles, and mother Diana, and grandmother Queen Elizabeth, and grandfather Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, would have very small British civil service jobs where they would be watched like hawks for the penchant of all royals for fraternizing with the enemy again given the historical nature of all royals, and no wealth to speak of either hidden or otherwise because they would be as common as it gets and most certainly lost to history were it not for Edward VIII’s abdication where there was significant strategic military action going on behind the scenes, as it was no secret to the Jewish underground, Haganah-Mossad and their strongest Christian supporter South African General Smuts who was the most significant hand in the crafting of the Versailles Peace Treaty that Allied weapons developers and their agents such as Wallis Simpson and Edward VIII were arming Nazi Germany, having an affair with his and his wife’s next door neighbor while his wife, Kate Middleton, not the neighbor Rose Hanbury, also known as the Marchioness of Cholmondeley, was pregnant with their third child?

Churchill who for good reason, while a seasoned, most excellent, most brave soldier and commander always deferred to General Smuts on matters pertaining to the most important military matters where once the battle plans are prepared the only job remaining is identifying spies and putting them to work without them or the enemy aware, made a delightful speech at the time of Edward VIII’s abdication as Churchill demonstrated great humanity, “moderate in tone, speaking about Edward’s inability to do his job ‘as I would have wished’ without the support of ‘the woman I love’”; and doesn’t that just having you wanting to bring out your hankie to help dry your tears pouring down your cheek, feeling not only heartfelt warmth towards Ms. Simpson and Edward VIII but what a wonderfully sweet and nice person was Churchill?

Krinsk Esquire who had filed this most important lawsuit on October 1, 1999 with less than a handful of hour remaining before the statute of limitations expired, and I met for our regular Wednesday meeting at San Diego’s most notorious watering hole for the city’s movers and shakers, Rainwaters restaurant to celebrate this momentous occasion given how by this time we had Mr. Perelman by his shorthairs, and nor was Mr. Perelman particularly happy with me given how he and his lawyers, who were doing everything outside of the law to intimidate key witnesses much like how Trump uses people like his rat Cohen which you notice can in fact backfire, knew that I was the driving force behind both the initiation of the lawsuit and its ongoing investigation which revealed information which did not reflect well on Wall Street because in fact it brought to the surface the fraud of global commerce.

Be that as it may, neither I nor Mr. Krinsk Esq. felt bad about what we had done because we were first of all the only people, along with Mr. Krinsk’s New York City partner, Robert Kaplan Esq. who were doing the right thing and we had good reason therefore to celebrate the victory.

But we were also moving on and Mr. Krinsk Esq. was suggesting that one of the ways I could continue to do good was to go after the biggest players who were messing up the world, and given how systemically corrupt is all the world’s media that it would take thinking outside the box.

As you would expect Mr. Krinsk Esq. always picked up the tab which was never cheap, including our meeting 91 days later, December 31, 2003 which was anything but hurried even though Mr. Krinsk Esq. was heading out that evening to his customary New Year’s celebration in Las Vegas with his law partner, former United States Attorney, Howard Finkelstein Esq. who of course I also knew.

When you click on the hyperlink above the first photo shows Pypeetoe who liked Mr. Krinsk Esq. very much, giving him a lick after having just arrived in Mr. Krinsk’s office after racing the corridors of Finkelstein & Krinsk where he once did business #2 directly under Mr. Finkelstein’s chair who was out of his office at the time.

The next photo is the bill for December 31, 2003 which besides for our two soups and coffee/tea as this was a light lunch with the upcoming New Year partying, includes the 48 ounce Porterhouse steak for Pypeetoe which he ate on several occasions, but not always finishing which didn’t prevent me from taking home a “doggy bag”.

As you can see from the handwritten note “Keep an eye out for them!” Mr. Krinsk Esq. didn’t pay the bill which really didn’t bother the management given how they knew we would be back. It is though, I’m sure you would agree, a cool memento.

It so happens that Mr. Krinsk Esq. who probably won big in Vegas and was just wanting to gloat, decided when we did next return to Rainwaters, Wednesday, January 7, 2004 that when the waitress handed the bill from the previous week and he of course read the wonderful long note, to give me a hard time about him having to pay $88 for Pypeetoe’s Porterhouse steak which he never once did finish in one seating.

You may have noticed that people, like dogs and thoroughbred race horses who are in shape are not as hungry as those who are not in good shape and who are always hungry, grumpy, irritable and the pain in the arse to be around if they don’t get their way?

I had the feeling given how much Mr. Krinsk Esq. loved Pypeetoe that he was about to negotiate with me that he should have possession of Pypeetoe at least one week a month if he was going to continue spending in the order of $380 a month to feed my dog and that does not include the tip or sales tax.

I decided that I was not going to have any of that and so I put a quick end to that argument because there were other matters to discuss besides for the glorious weather of San Diego which is pretty much year round.

I have skimmed through your Internet book although I realize that when Simon & Schuster decided to publish The Diamond Invention the Internet was nothing short of a “pipedream” and I assume you are still alive, an Oppenheimer offshoot hasn’t got one of his cricket buddies to place a pipe bomb under your car, yet?

I came across in Chapter 18 reference to “Engelhard arranged for Oppenheimer to buy a controlling interest in his far-flung empire, since he had no male heirs to take over.” It so happens that my father’s first cousin, David Gevisser, was, I believe, the sole executor of Charles Engelhard’s worldwide estate.

And hence my decision to help Epstein relax his mind by having him at least try and fall asleep with the rest that followed.

Nor did I mention that Simon & Schuster were also former clients of mine and that the “cricket buddy” Tony Tillim was my uncle Joe Ash’s brother-in-law and Tony also just happened to be the current head of DAAC-Barclays, Nicholas Oppenheimer’s best friend.

I also couldn’t have said at the time that Tony Tillim, a great South African cricketer would die while still age 69 on January 8, 2008, 30 years to the day after Durbanite, philosopher, 36 year old Richard Turner, co-founder of the Durban Movement with Steve Biko was murdered with a Malan Squad sniper firing a deadly bullet into his living room leaving Turner to bleed to death in his 13 year old daughter Jann’s arms; and you might know that January 8, 1978 was 119 days after the start, on September 11, 1977, of Biko’s brutal 2 day execution.

It was important that I keep my first communication to Epstein very tight, no different to this communication which I know is being read by a great many more people than you and Jacques Pauw who remains deafeningly silent.

When you examine the credit card receipt from our meal on October 1, 2003 when Pypeetoe was not with me because I had left him behind with my wife Marie Dion in Del Mar, just north of La Jolla, you will notice that it is not my writing either the numbers filled in or the signature or for that matter the “tax deduction” note, assuming you are familiar with my handwriting.

It was in fact very clever, out of the box, thinking by Mr. Krinsk Esq. who is not you typical lawyer because first of all Mr. Krinsk Esq. is rather bright and had a lot of business experience before deciding to specialize in the money making business of shareholder class action lawsuits where he doesn’t have to bother with annoying clients and their petty arguments, and it wasn’t long before Mr. Krinsk Esq decided to get into the even more lucrative money making business, going after violators of the sacrosanct anti-Trust/anti-Monopolies laws where he simply rides the coattails of the government regulators such as the United States Department of Justice who have, like all their counterparts in the rest of the world, never laid a glove on the DAAC-Barclays other than when the DAAC tell them what to do and how much of a fine to pay; and each time the DAAC-Barclays pay a penny in fines they celebrate big time because such a minuscule penalty only serves to promote both their monies and more importantly their control over the monies.

Most important the second meeting had Dr. Rod Smith Phd, Joe Campos who was a WCG representative and the Governor present to discuss Dr. Smith’s White Paper detailing the water problems facing drought stricken California; and no less important, attending the first meeting was only the Governor, Mr. Campos and the most senior officials on United States soil of the world’s largest water conglomerate Veolia, which combined with their sister company Suez, also headquartered in Paris, France own the world’s water industry; and their power not hurt by the fact that the DAAC [De beers-Anglo American Corporation], again my former employer who have owned the world’s drilling industry since the turn of the last century, pave the way for their affiliates Suez and Veolia should they run into difficulties with the DAAC’s bought elected officials.

The problem with those meetings is that WCG was backing in the upcoming elections both the incumbent Democrat Governor Davis as well as the Republican contender, William Simon Jr. the one son of the former US Secretary of the Treasury, billionaire William Edward Simon who had passed away on June 3, 2000 without leaving his son a pauper.

No less important, Veolia in order to curry favor with WCG to make the introduction to Governor Davis had promised to contribute a hugely valuable piece of land, some 42,000 contiguous acres with priceless water rights in the important Imperial Irrigation District here in drought ridden southern California, and the value which Veolia assigned to the land, $75 million, didn’t touch sides with what it meant to the WCG to have the DAAC-Veolia as your strategic partner as well as the soon to be reelected Governor Davis firmly in your pocket.

It is possible that Mr. Paux simply stumbled upon Ms. Chris Steyn’s and Mark Minnie’s writings, THE LOST BOYS OF BIRD ISLAND and was rightfully put off by both Mr. Minnie’s apparent sloppy police investigation which is most difficult to say since Mark Minnie isn’t around to defend himself, but much more importantly the failure of Ms. Steyn to notify the reader of THE LOST BOYS OF BIRD ISLAND that Ms. Steyn was married for many years to the most senior commander, Eeben Barlow of South Africa’s Apartheid Regime’s Defense Minister, Magnus “Ears” Malan’s death squads; and in the same vein, Magnus “Ears” Malan is the most interesting character accused in the murderous pedophile ring.

You find with most Fighter Pilots, especially WW2 Allied Fighter Pilots who bow to those very few qualifying as Fighter Bomber Pilots that they don’t talk to talk. It was either God or my mother Zena who encouraged her “best friend” David Gevisser to write THE UNLIKELY FORESTER.

My mother Zena only smiled back when I asked her.

If it was my mother it was certainly not to protect this rat.

Like everyone who knew me including David Gevisser and his son Mark, both my parents had little difficulty noticing the very poor reaction to my 4 articles which couldn’t have been clearer or more precise bombing.

Having David Gevisser hand over to my father Bernie his entire estate would only show that we got bought so cheap.

What value do you place on a conscience even if no God exists, given how a bad conscience cannot help with logical reasoning?

What value do you place on a conscience if a Creator does exist and so far there is no evidence to support that everything we see in the universe came from nothing?

Surely in such a case you would be willing to give up your life knowing that at the end of your days nothing good will be in store and I would assume a stink bug hauling dung is also constantly hungry, and before then how much time and energy can you really put in to eating healthy and exercising and knowing that you are still going to die and only shit can be expected to happen next?

Yes, you would most likely end up eating yourself to a painful death.

How do you explain that we are attracted to beauty and repulsed by ugliness unless something has interfered in the flow of your brain that has you seeing happiness in a good person’s suffering?

How does logic appear out of random events that we cannot explain?

How come we are always in our scientific research in particular looking to make certain that we follow logical analysis that in turn can be verified by fellow scientists not wanting to look stupid by jumping on board with either poor thinkers or charlatans?

What if logic can prevail and get people to be better organized rather than in a contrived plan to create chaos, hatred and bloodshed, but the people simply prefer not to see themselves as so stupid and choose to stick with the ugliness.

Could you really place blame on all the people for all being so mockingly stupid of one another?

Wouldn’t you want to blame that poor thinking on a Higher Energy Reaction [HER] rather than think we are all some random event without purpose?

Yet we have purpose which is to keep fooling one another.

You would all today not be asking as you are all prone to do “How much money did David Gevisser leave you?” instead snorting out loudly like the pigs you are,:

“So you are just as corrupt!! How would you like me to be your Facebook friend and say wonderfully nice things about you and you can also pay me under the table; and if you would prefer that I trash other good people and/or distract them if necessary, I can be relied on to do that as well”.

BTW, I knew when I sent the first 324 words article, including 4 words explaining who American-Soviet-Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard was, and it was an “open letter” addressed to him, that were the JP to publish it, it would be the most controversial article in, not only the history of the Jerusalem Post, but in modern day times.

While a handful of people wrote to me and some commented publicly, the overall silence that followed was breathtaking.

Fortunately I had my very good mind, the perfect mind-body-face F-C wife Marie Dion and two very conscious parents who had their own independent as well as collective history of few good people behaving properly to draw from; and nor did any of us feel the need to enquire from the silent, “What the fuck is wrong with you?”

That first article/open letter was published on Feb 1, 2001 which was just shy of 23 years since I began my year long orientation to join global banking-mining monopolist De beers-Barclays that was directly supervised by its head Harry Oppenheimer who was most careful as you would expect in choosing candidates to replace him given the knowledge that would be imparted during that initiation period where no fool Oppenheimer didn’t simply start out spilling the beans; and I had the common sense to figure that out ahead of time, and so I came well prepared, and nor was that difficult given how weak was the economics department at the University of Natal-Kwazulu, South Africa which was no different to Wits, Cape Town University, London School of Economics, Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Yale, should I continue the list?

I also studied Latin in high school back in Durban, South Africa and our teacher Mr. Braithwaite was incredibly in touch, even if a little overzealous as he was most focused on getting the kids to think for themselves given how systemic was the brainwashing because the people, led by our Jewish Kapos-sellouts who wanted to keep us kids in line, did not hesitate to let the teachers know that if they ever stepped outside the box the student informers would do their job and the “bad” teacher would be out on their ear.

It was a very tough balancing act for Braithwaite who understood like my distant cousin, 1982 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, Aaron Klug that if you could get rid of all the subjects taught in school other than Latin as mathematics can be taught by simply having kids read the text books which explain well everything you need to know in mathematics just so long as you don’t leave out any chapters in your rush to finish, it would be a much smarter and kinder world because the Latin student once grasping the language sufficiently well can then read the classics of those like Plato which of course while censored are nothing like the censorship of today’s TV, radio, magazine, and gossip news that the human beasts impart to one another.

Durban was then a relatively sleepy town in subtropical surroundings. It was a fine place for a boy – there was the beach and the bush and school was not too taxing. I went to a good school, Durban High School, which was run on traditional English lines, with a curriculum somewhat adapted to South African circumstances. We had some good masters particularly in History and English. However, by the standards of to-day, there were few challenges other than Advanced Latin Prose Composition in the 6th Form. The philosophy of the school was quite simple – the bright boys specialised in Latin, the not so bright in science and the rest managed with geography or the like. There was a good library but it was the playing fields that kept one out of mischief. I did not feel a particularly strong call to any one subject, but read voraciously and widely and began to find science interesting. Yes, Braithwaite was not the most handsome man in the world which probably only meant something if you were gay, but he was also not there to crack jokes given how he knew that the censorship had only got worse after Roman times and by not having a modern day teacher give their slant on the ancient writings, which wouldn’t be necessary if you could read and understand Latin, it would also help caution the bought teachers before filling the student’s head with crap.

Now you better understand why Latin is referred to as the “Dead language” justifying removal from the syllabus; and so it is mostly liar-lawyers who today rattle off a bunch of Latin sounding names and the biologists, well at least most of them are not into the money.

Braithwaite also loved to surf and of course he had a particular respect for future World Surfing Champion Shaun Tomson whose sister Tracy was in my class but more into the arts and Shaun was in my middle brother Melvin’s class, a couple of years ahead of us, and eventually I would catch up to Shaun at university were he was an above average economics student but still all his years with Braithwaite and surfing didn’t have him questioning enough; then again Shaun served in the Apartheid Regime’s military which screwed up most kids’ heads, especially if they were Jewish.

There were some kids who felt totally terrorized by Braithwaite who didn’t want the slow paced kids to hold back the rest of the class and these kids went crying back to their parents much the way the Hitler Youth Movement worked in Nazi Germany just a few decades before, the difference being that Nazi Germany’s kids would report to the SS on their parents who were mostly the teachers as you would expect.
