Alec, Im giving you and a select group which you can see includes Eckhart Tolle, a head start on current events which I believe is more important than the show of President Trump and Merkel going to war over Germany not carrying its fair share of the weight placed on NATO to defend all of you Europeans.
Of course you can also see in the cc section the brothers Geoffrey van Leeuwen, the outgoing Dutch Ambassador to Afghanistan and his eldest brother, 54 year old legal scholar, Peter and both of them, like you, are Dutch and perfectly bilingual.
I have, however, removed the name and email address of the journalist I replied to earlier because I want to reduce the possibility of him being disturbed as he ponders his next move, other than if his email server is viewed by others, but still he might be able to figure out quietly what is the right move for him.
For the rest, I don’t suggest you waste time trying to figure out who this journalist is, but rather what this knowledge means to you.

The second time make notes.Then go back to the beginning and do the same thing with every chapter,It should take you at the most 4 hours to read the entire book twice while making notes.I am probably the only person in the world alive today who can answer any of your unanswered questions which must include why would De Beers-Oppenheimer allow an upstart like Marc Rich-Glencore to get such a dominant position in the mineral resource business.Bear in mind that 90% of De Beers-Anglo American Corporation’s transactions with individuals and corporations are “off balance sheet” and the remaining 10% are influenced 100% by those “off balance sheet” transactions.I am also not Edward J. Epstein, but I knew more about De Beers-Barclays modus operandi than Epstein by the time he finished writing the book and I was still only 21 years of age but having completed a year long orientation into De Beers-Barclays that was directly overseen by Harry Oppenheimer who you are introduced to in chapter 1.With all that as “hindsight”, would you have written your article differently?Looking forward to more dialogue.Gary
