    • Can’t do simple things we use to. Or move like we use to.
      Unable the find clothes that fit & or look good. Have to hope ya ordered the right size thru a catalog.
      Not being able to ride a bike b/c the tires might blow out.
      Not able to sit into a kayak w/o help.

      4decades struggle. I really realize mine is hormonal The Thyroids & adrenals, pituitary. I’ve been Meatless 8yrs.
      Down 50 lbs since the beginning of the year. Should be more. August I was all raw. Felt good but also learning to make meals to go with what my family was eating & feeling very alone & knowing my kids & sister are eating death. (Cooked & meat) Equals More Stress for me as I love my children & my sister in her 70s (who is in early stages renal failure & refuses kidney herbal tea. Believes allopaths & pHARMa are “keeping her alive”. She has always been obese & operations. Cutting out “the problem “. Never made sense to me. God gave us the gall bladder ~ fix it ~ not cut it out.

      Also inner work from childhood. We had a big yard but I really only had my brother 3 yrs older to play with. In elementary school I was shy & probably perceived as a snob (?!) At least an easy target. My parents were older & I felt protected & loved just not much social time with kids my age except at school & sometimes Sunday school.

      A friend recently mentioned that being fat is a choice, is mental attitude. Recently I’ve noticed in my dreams I’m saying I can’t do that (climb over a wooden fence I did as a kid) I’m too fat….

      Much of It is also hormones. That negative self talk is stressful (Cortisol !!!)

      I was in band, marching for miles, swim team swimming miles. Would ride my bike 3 miles to a friend’s house, around her neighborhood & 3 miles back home. @5’6″ I graduated @180lbs.
      We ate from the garden (rarely eating out & I never really like McD’s. BK was ok w/salad bar & chicken sandwich. (1980’s)

      Now explore wfpb foods and spread awareness.

      Either people change or become sick and obese, solution is simple but dumbness is complicated

      Given how everyone is about the money including those sending money to Hamas officials who place in the children’s curriculum, “Kill the Jews, cut off their babies’ heads so they never get to heaven and therefore to enjoy the 19 virgins all alone” and the same with the weapons developers and arms dealers who supply all sides to war when they cannot lose, to look at how profit is calculated, and what should become immediately apparent if you have only a rudimentary university economics schooling, and I have better than anyone I know because I was already expert in “military economics” before beginning my university economics schooling, is profit is decided by the people who have a monopoly on the minerals market whose head, Harry Oppenheimer recruited me right out of university, actually Oppenheimer recruited me when I had just begun my post graduate studies at the University of Natal-Kwazulu, and still 20 years of age.

      It was in fact Harry Oppenheimer and my father’s first cousin, jealous family traitor, David Gevisser, the “male heir” of Oppenheimer’s partner, German-American Charles W. Engelhard Jr. [1917-1971] who wrote Nixon’s extraordinarily self-incriminating speech.

      Not to mention, virulent anti-Semite, anti-Israel Engelhard Jr. was assassinated by Mossad on 2 March 1971, having turned just 54, the month before.

      Either read or listen to Nixon’s speech and you would know that what he spoke was complete nonsense, beginning with his repeated “speculators have been waging an all-out war on the American dollar”; 5 times the use of the word “speculator” and no less important is the sentence, “The gainers are the international money speculators. Because they thrive on crises, they help to create them.”

      9 times Nixon uses the word “war”.

      Why not name the culprit, mastermind terrorist, Harry Oppenheimer?

      In 1970, Engelhard appointed David Gevisser chief executive officer of Engelhard’s Enterprises of South Africa that controlled the world supply of platinum that was about to become immensely valuable in political clout which of course dwarfs worthless money when competition is eliminated once the minerals market is a monopoly.

      To mention little of in 1969, Oppenheimer and Engelhard using an opportunist, totally wet behind the ears fron-person, Natie Kirsh, “asset stripped” my immediate family’s 60 year old multinational trading conglomerate, The Moshal Gevisser Group of Companies [1910-1970].

      To mention in passing, Engelhard’s death was kicked off by his Swiss medical doctors capitalizing on his addiction to sweets.

      In mid-2004, my “lucky uncle” Dave Gevisser [1926-2009] began, age 78, reading for the degree of Master of Studies in Historical Research at Oxford University. It should have been titled, A Master of Studies in Rewriting History.

      On 11.11.2004, I broke my 24 year silence with Oppenheimer-De Beers-Anglo American Corporation which following the US Congress mandating each new motor vehicle sold being embedded within the catalytic converter of the exhaust system, 1.9 grams of platinum, owned the entire auto and truck industry, as this mandate quickly spread globally.

      My short and sweet communique began, “Remember me?”.

      You can safely assume that when “turncoat” David Gevisser was capped the following year, July 2005, Oxford University and/or high ranking university personnel received a generous donation.

      Let me further add, there is no anti-Muslim or anti-Christian sentiment in my background as I was raised not only to never paint with a broad brush, but both Muslims and Christians were my immediate family’s protectors in Apartheid South Africa.

      Racism, anti-Semitism and the such is all the result of ignorance and poor schooling which intelligent people pick up quickly; the crises serve to obscure the manipulation of the money-minerals.

      Natutarian S Not Necessarily. I had a neighbor from Russia who was cooking her traditional meals. Rarely eating out w/her husband. Gained 30lbs in her 1 st year here in America.
      I was living in Egypt a month & 1/2 & easily Lost 20lbs. I was walking before I left… I was being fed mostly by my friends’s mother.

      Oranges from San Club from South Africa in TN how nutritious vs a FL, TX or CA orange?!
      The South Africa oranges were pretty but tasteless & juiceless crap.
