Yes, alarm bells should have automatically gone off in judge Yocheved Greenvald-Rand’s head when she is reading a petition submitted by the self-serving Israeli lawyer Ayala Weisel for Weisel to be appointed guardian, that there was a distinct possibility that Weisel would be seeking to enrich herself unjustly.

 

In simple language, the judge should have explored what was the sudden urgency and to enquire further such as:

 

1) How many children did this woman have, and would she be able to afford an Israeli lawyer who obviously wasn’t doing the work pro bono?

 

2) When discovering the future “Ward of the State of Israel” was able to live on an expensive address on the beach of Netanya, for the judge to be that much more curious about the children?

 

3) Why weren’t the children present at the court hearing on September 15 which resulted in my mother Zena losing her rights to both her body and property?

 

What if it turns out that this is the first time in the modern State of Israel that a rich woman with 4 able-bodied children is made a “Ward of the State”?

 

How could a judge be so quick to reward a lawyer?

 

Maybe judge Greenvald-Rand was distracted because when she woke up the morning of September 15, 2016 and looked in the mirror she was not as happy as what she saw when 15 years of age and not suffering from acne?

 

We have here all the proof of premeditated murder of rich elderly Jewish woman who a great many people including her 3 elder children would like to be kept quiet.

 

When everything is crystal clear, lawyers and judges do not like it. They like things to be less clear. This way they can accomplish two objectives; the first is to charge more and second, to strike a deal with the lawyers of the other party who also like things less clear because this way there is room to argue doubt.

 

Were I to think like a lawyer-judge then it wouldn’t be possible for me to have thought about the first sentence in the first of four letters that the Jerusalem Post published on Feb 1, 2001.

 

 

The pardon of Marc Rich eliminated not only an opportunity of justice being served but it would have allowed the public to view the role that oil brokers play in furthering terrorism.

Those are one of a kind stiletto like words that punch very hard at the very end; and even if you are like most suffering from horrific attention deficit disorder you would not forget the last words, “the role oil brokers play in furthering terrorism”.

 

The fact that the richest Israelis profit from terrorism because of their interests in banking-real estate-weapons development were most happy that Marc Rich was let off the hook, did not make me the terrorist.

 

It also meant that at least one person working within the Jerusalem Post who could approve all 4 letters could understand logic and realize that the logic I was speaking had material value.

 

If you got all the 8 million Israelis and 300 million Arabs who have been poorly conditioned to hate both Jewish people and the fledgling State of Israel into one big stadium and have them figure out how best to explain the pardon of Marc Rich by enemy of the Jewish people and Israel, President Bill “Rhodes-De Beers Scholar” Clinton on January 20, 2001 and knowing that the not very bright human would be distracted by other events taking place throughout the world including focusing on how one ant soldier might be disappointed that he wasn’t elected queen of the ant nest, they would not be capable of improving upon those 32 words.

 

Ants may have the solutions to solve a big problem such as nuclear waste and nuclear radiation in the air that we cannot smell-taste or see because they reproduce so quickly which may have everything to do with how well they adapt.

The point I want to make here is that if we got only the dumbest ants in the world to make the decision whether my mother Zena needed an Israeli lawyer to be appointed as her guardian on September 15, 2016, only a nutcase ant would have approved the petition. 

 

Nor is there any evidence that any ant is nutcase.

 

What we do have is strong evidence that not all Israeli lawyers are honest.

 

How could judge Yocheved Greenvald-Rand’s antenna not have stood on end in concert with the hair on the back of neck when hearing Weisel explain that none of my mother’s children was in a position to be responsible for my mother?

 

Why wouldn’t Greenvald-Rand have asked for my mother Zena to be brought to the courthouse given how unusual it is that a non-family member is being appointed guardian of a rich woman?

 

This is a case that should have all Israelis cringing. They should all be totally ashamed. 

 

Most people who study law think they are bright to begin with, and when they finally pass the bar exam and can stand before a judge they are not thinking that much about pleasing the judge rather than their client, but after their first presentation to the judge they quickly learn the ropes.

 

If they listen well to other lawyers and judges they know before they first open their mouth to the first judge they are standing before, their thoughts are, “How do I get the judge to agree either to a sidebar or a meeting in their private chambers”.

 

If it turns out that the lawyer is attractive enough to the judge to provide sexual favors, most lawyers would immediately disrobe and hope the judge will not be disappointed in what they see.

 

You must have heard of Israeli military intelligence officer Avri Elad (Avraham Seidenwerg) who for his crimes of turning on fellow Jewish Israelis as well as undercover Jewish Egyptians which resulted in their torture and murder and a couple simply deciding to commit suicide in an Egyptian prison while those who survived in what became known as the Lavon Affair were released 14 years later, 1968 in secret prisoner of war exchange following the 6 Hour 1967 Arab-Israel war.

 

Deciding Elad’s fate was course Mossad head Ben-Gurion who didn’t lose his head when seeing to it that Elad only got a 10 year sentence for blowing this hugely important covert-false flag operation in Alexandria, Egypt which was intended to blame Muslim extremists.

 

In other words, the Muslim extremists were not the ones who planned to blow up property in Alexandria and blame it on Israel.

 

Now if you didn’t learn these lessons as a kid growing up in Israel it does not mean that you were better educated than me and my mother Zena. 

 

It means that you were just as poorly educated as my 3 elder, selfish bastard, intellectual midget, siblings who in fact represent the vast majority of humans.

 

Ben-Gurion and my mother Zena understood this, which is why Elad was given such a lenient punishment for his horrific crimes.

 

Most of all it show that us Jewish people starting with Jewish Israelis were not as smart as we thought we are.

 

At no time was there much discussion on how much Elad got paid to turn against his fellow Jewish brothers.

 

Don’t you think that is a very important question?

 

Of do you the fact that he may have been paid very little in money but got other benefits such as sexual favors and/or delight in exposing the utter stupidity of Israeli military intelligence who couldn’t figure out a smarter way to embarrass the Egyptians so that the Allied nations would remain in Egypt, rather than leaving and creating a power vacuum which ultimately led to all the rest of Middle East oil wars starting with the Suez Crisis of 1956?

 

Don’t you think that before any Israeli is allowed to graduate elementary school they first have to demonstrate that they can think without first being spoonfed?

 

I was not alive in the spring of 1954 when Israel embarked on this ill-fated attempt to assign blame on innocent parties, but once I became aware of it, I thought it smart to investigate further. 

 

You would agree that it would not have been smart to interrogate Elad but rather to ask someone who I knew had sufficient common sense to give it a good shot to answer that question.

 

My mother Zena has never cared for “officials” who care only for their cushy jobs which are most often courtesy of bending over more than their closest competitor. That does not make puppets happy and they take their vengeance on strong, independent minded people like my mother and me.

 

Whoever hired Elad was not very bright. Whoever decided on such a stupid covert operation could not be expected to hire anyone smarter than them.

 

Israeli military intelligence have screwed up many more times since Operation Susannah.

 

So yes, I could teach dumb Israeli parents to be better parents.

 

So you better understand why it is that over the course of the past 1 year, 6 months and 1 day since I last saw my mother, October 8, 2016 which is the last time we spoke since they also have prevented my mother Zena from speaking with me over the telephone, a great many of you Israelis have derived great delight in the pain and suffering experienced by my mother and me.

 

Maybe you and your father who I understand is also a lawyer and you work together are different to the rest of the scoundrels.

 

I accept that God knows exactly what he is doing, and all I am doing is my best to help.

PS – The moment judge Greenvald-Rand heard my mother speaking in the first moments of the 9 minute and 24 second video, The Lady’s Speech, she should have commanded the court bailiff to handcuff Weisel and toss this malice ridden, hungry Israeli lawyer immediately in jail, and at the same time begun proceedings to have my 3 elder siblings brought to justice.

 

You would expect, as would any reasonable person, that my mother Zena’s mental health would have significantly deteriorated due the passage of time and being held captive by people who know that they have left the most dreadful trail of obscenity of the highest order.
