Peter – Has it occurred to you that I am the only person bursting the bubble of the Marc Rich legacy?
It must surely also mean something to you the fact that I have been consistent from day one, immediately following his pardon, that what Rich was up to was much worse than anything that he had been accused of.
Trading with the enemy is wrong, but that was not his biggest crime.
He was a terrorist and his support infrastructure was the entire financial services community which includes your law profession.

On November 4, 2011, 6 years, 11 months and 24 days after I broke my 24 year deafening silence on 11.11.2004, they completed the final sale of their shares in De Beers to their sister corporation Anglo American Corporation which they continue to own even if you have a little difficulty in weeding through the corporate ownership, shareholder agreements and the most important being the goods the German-South African Oppenheimer family have on all the world’s governments as well as Royal families such as the Dutch Royal Orange clan who behaved during our unique Jewish Holocaust much the same as the American Kennedy clan, all liberal to a fault.
You don’t think for a moment that Nicholas Oppenheimer was unaware when backing away from De Beers without really explaining why he would be letting go of the world’s most lucrative business that allowed him, his father Harry and his grandfather Sir Ernest Oppenheimer to own using their untraceable diamond currency each and every politician-diplomat who had their hand out asking to be taken care of, that on January 21, 2011 I was handed by a corrupt Texas State Court judge, Martin Lowy a $4 million TEXAS DEATH SENTENCE DEFAULT JUDGEMENT.
Oppenheimer also isn’t a lawyer but when every lawyer and judge easily grasps that ridiculous in the extreme judgement is a total fraud from the start, his mind wasn’t about to tell him, “Well just maybe this Gevisser did something wrong”.

Bear constantly in mind, Marc Rich was just the biggest Jewish name who had his strings pulled from start to finish and in an out of control human race consuming raw commodities are the biggest thing. They loved every moment that Rich congratulated himself and his hero worshippers couldn’t get enough sending him flowers for they were mostly Jewish pigs like Steinhardt.
You keep bringing up Jewish names you don’t even need another Jewish Holocaust. The Jews will climb on top of one another just as they did in the death factories and only the Jewish Kapos-sellouts survived, apart from the children.

It is easy to take one’s life when you have nothing to live for which is what happens and you look around and see nothing but ugly humans who don’t even have the brains to change their thinking when provided with the irrefutable facts that the money is crap because it is as price fixed as price fixed diamonds, and not one of you can mount an opposing argument because it is an irrefutable fact.
So it would make sense that you are all getting sick.
A sick person is sick of themselves. That doesn’t prevent a sick person from being jealous and greedy because they become that much more jealous and greedy the sicker they get. Ask my 3 elder siblings or anyone else that you know who is jealous and greedy.
You cannot name a single South African lawyer or judge who actively campaigned against the Apartheid Regime because to do so they needed to go no further than exposing Charles W. Engelhard Jr. and Harry Oppenheimer.
It never happened during the 46 year uninterrupted brutal rule of the Apartheid Regime and still not a peep from the Jewish community of South Africa or the rest of the Jewish communities spread throughout the globe including Israel.
It doesnt get any sicker than that because it couldn’t get any sicker than that.
In the middle of my high schooling in South Africa I figured that out and I also had the smarts not to speak out.
Imagine if you would for a moment. Not an honest Jewish lawyer or judge in mineral rich South Africa following the wholesale murder of 6 million of our Jewish brothers and sisters.
Nor did I get depressed for a moment.
I was not in the least bit religious, but I figured that there was something rather remarkable going on.
I knew that I was not on Mars because back then I didn’t even know where to look in the sky to see Mars. Nor does Mars interest me much now other than I fully support Elon Musk’s efforts to have us dream about one day living on Mars and being more aware of our waste.
All my fellow Jewish students at our Jewish day school Carmel College would read every day out of our Jewish prayer book where there are multiple references against slavery all leading up to the Passover Seder where it is all about “From Egypt we came out of slavery”.
The black majority population were not amongst us praying. They were mostly in the mines owned by Engelhard and Oppenheimer and those more fortunate were our household servants whose dark skins I thought were most beautiful.
Only when they bled and got beaten up by South African police when their passbooks weren’t in order or when skelems of their own race wanting to steal the little they had and mostly to buy alcohol that had them turn even more violent, was I repulsed.
Out of sight out of mind.
But us Jewish people had not only the stories of the Bible leading us to think we also had our imaginations to help us count how many more white skinned people there were around us in our daily activities versus black people who made up 80% of the population of South Africa.
That meant if they weren’t around, maybe they were all sitting in the Bahamas under an palm tree hoping to get some rays of sunshine to darken their skins?
No.
It meant that something far more miraculous than stupid was going on.
I am 61, and thank God, I am healthier than anyone I know, other than my beautiful F-C wife Marie Dion who is now resting after a long day which began long before sunrise.
Still you don’t see one Jewish South African stepping up to the plate and acknowledging that it is shameful that despite the huge numbers of Jewish South African lawyers and judges, not one of them ever pointed a finger at the unmistakable owners of the South African mines who profited the most from the Nazi Apartheid laws.
That does not mean that I think the world of Steven Spielberg.
So when Matt Damon and John Kasinski start acting before the cameras, they will be thinking, “Are we missing an opportunity of a lifetime?”
The story that I am telling in real time and where you are all actors because you each have an opportunity to change the course of history including the agents and lawyers representing the actors, producers, and directors, is far more interesting.
Best of all only good can come of it, whereas to continue to mask the truth making out like Marc Rich was some one of a kind genius entrepreneur who breathed and slept making huge bets based on often times imprecise intelligence but his gut, and hard work ethic always got him through until it all blew up and you Dutch are now in control of that empire, or so you thought, is not good.
Just because all you academics and diplomats and Wall Street finance whizz kids got fooled, the same with your parents and your other educators, it doesn’t mean President Putin was fooled.
More importantly, you didn’t fool either me or my mother Zena or my sharp as whip beautiful F-C wife Marie Dion who is not plagued by the so normal FDYCs.
The diplomatic community and which your brother Geoffrey will surely attest to are generally not the nicest bunch of people and it most often shows through with how they treat their help.
This of course both you and your parents Fritz and Georgette also perfectly understand.
Nor is it important whether you think Ammann should have done more due diligence on Rich’s biggest supporter, antiques art looter Michael Steinhardt.
Let me also tell you the number of times Rich is labeled a genius in Amman’s book. The number is 12.
