Just a few days ago not much written about President Putin was said to have made a point that there is an ISIS training camp right close to a heavily fortified US army base in Syria. Is the purpose of the fine to change behavior or raise revenues for the state?

I just had a great phone conversation with Frank from the Dutch dept of justice who I’ve been appealing a bunch of speeding fines

They wanted,to talk with me rather than to write

They didn’t like that I said the law which decides the amount of the fines which you know is in Euros is biased heavily against the poor and,that makes the fines unjust

They could have simply written to me telling me that it is only my opinion that the fines are unjust but they didn’t want to write that because then it would be in black and white allowing me to respond with sound reasoning that the money is price fixed and punishes the poor disproportionately which they don’t want to hear

So I wanted to share with you that I had struck a very raw nerve with the Dutch who think they are the most enlightened humans on the planet despite being very ignorant of their past support of monopolies such as the Dutch East India Company who were the first to rape mineral rich South Africa that you are heading to this Saturday and it was Holland born Henrik Verwoed who DE Beers, a Dutch name corporation, put in charge of instituting the Apartheid laws some 300 years after the Dutch first settled in the Cape.
