Wouldn’t it be something if this Moses character is truly made of the right stuff, and by that I mean he takes more than pride in staying in peak physical condition that allows him to think smart, and stand tall for what he thinks is right; wouldn’t be quite a change considering what we have witnessed up until this point in time?
A miracle is what I would say, and I have already proven to you that God is a miracle without the need for crooks losing themselves in scripture. (Who gives a fuck?)
Earlier Moses sent me an email containing a screen shot of an email he says you sent him. It looks like it is dated January 6th but I cannot be sure because it is not clear, and nor do I have my reading glasses, but I would be almost 100% certain the date says Jan 06 12:50 PM

Earlier you wrote me that you never asked Moses to keep your conversations private. Are you saying that this email that he can only give me a “screen shot” is also fraudulent?
When is your lawyer planning on filing this defamation lawsuit?
Are you quite certain you do not want to take counsel with Jeffrey Krinsk Esq. who can talk to you while he never loses sight of the importance of that speech which remembers ties in not only American citizens being banned from the oldest old boys club in the world who along with their owners, the Oppenheimers-Rockefellers-Duponts-Kennedys-Obama and company determine the price of the diamonds that were placed in the ejections seats of American fighter aircraft thanks to Bush Sr.’s Minister of Defense Cheney who got rewarded 4 years later with the top job at their Haliburton oil services Defense Contractor where he remained for 5 years before becoming 2nd in command to Commander In Chief Bush Jr., but my wrongful conviction in the epic defamation lawsuit where all the evidence presented by the ex CIA plaintiff as well as remarks by the bought Texas judge all work in my favor without me having wasted time and money hiring a corrupt lawyer who would have only clouded the very clear record?
What do you have to lose by trying to communicate with a well-known, skilled and experienced litigator such as Krinsk versus an unnamed lawyer who has spent a great deal of your time and his time and yet to see a penny from you or Moses?
Remember, I have not seen anyone beginning with Cyndi Lauper coming out publicly in defense of you, and saying as she told me privately that you “do not lie”.
Again, on the 6th the same day all these accusations began being leveled at you, I am the only one who came out in defense of you and began broadcasting to the world “the gloves come off” that based on the information I had at the time, that you and Rebecca were telling the truth, and then you started down this “carrot and stick” path lecturing me not only all that you thought I had done wrong but how skilled you were to manage this crisis.
I still find it very hard to believe that Moses would risk everything and that includes what appears to be a very committed father of 5 with 3 triplets that came at the end without any outside interference, thus defying odds of one in 25,000 births, to concoct emails just to defame you, and you admit that you owe him $425.
Again, you could have shortecircuited all this wasted time and energy by just asking Moses:
“Why didn’t you come to me first before broadcasting to my client list, and if I didn’t satisfy you with an immediate answer, you still could have blasted my email list? How can we fix this without lawyers?”
If that is your email from the 6th, and you just didn’t remember sending it, surely when you saw my logical suggesting which I have now repeated several times, the right thing to have done was to tell me what you had already written Moses, and then all you would have needed to explain was what you wrote me on the 9th in answer to my question, “Is Moses pushing for his refund”, again your answer, “Mose’s can go to hell hence the lawyer”.
When my mother warned me in late summer 2004, “ARE YOU NOT CONCERNED FOR YOUR LIFE!!” I didn’t consult with you, your wingman Randy, George Bush Sr., Dick Cheney, Secretary of Air Force Rice. President Clinton, Vice President Gore, Gordon Liddy, Scooter Liddy, the closest taxidermist, the palm reader just up the road, or for that matter any of the Greek Gods who even if they said that President Obama would answer my prayers for a fair trial I still wouldn’t have held my breath unless of course I saw water boarding torture as the next option, instead I simply stuck to my knitting of keeping my head while applying logical thought processing while everyone else was losing theirs.
My very special mother was the first to inform me that a mind is a terrible thing to lose, but by that time I was no longer being breast fed because I was well into my late 20s and she was just making a joke.
When my mother also said, “I only debate people who agree with me” she was also just kidding.
My mother was being deadly serious when telling me that I was taking my life into my own hands when going after the Oppenheimers. Her words were all that I needed in order to line up my ducks ever so carefully.
I have not only now survived the past 7+ years when I haven’t forgotten how easy it is to get rid of a troublemaker such as me who has taken on an establishment that is far more rotten to the core than any of you with ground commando special forces experience had any inkling of otherwise you would never have signed up for duty in the first place, but Marie and I have won, because we have truth at our side constantly; try it some time and you will see it is an experience not only worth remembering but repeating.
Why are you reluctant to give me the name of your lawyer given how confident you are that he is moments away from filing this defamation lawsuit when his name will be out there for the world to see and ridicule?
It looks to Marie and me that you are taking us for fools. You would not be the first, but that does not mean we are fools.
I have of course kept a very detailed chronology of events that I will share with you later that can only make things that much clearer.
I come back to what I wrote you earlier, I believe very strongly that history will turn on the decision you all make.
I am now turning off my computer and be assured our front door is locked.
Ps – You must not forget that you said that your lawyer told you that all you are going to have to prove in order for him to get a “slam dunk” defamation judgment against Moses as well as get the District Attorney for Rhode Island to file criminal charges against Moses, that the emails he said he got from Rebecca were concocted and that would mean that Moses had to be the one perpetrating the fraud. Each moment that you delay in fixing this problem, should it turn out that either you and/or Rebecca and/or this lawyer are not telling the truth then you are perpetrating a clear cut defamation on Mr. Moses and you are also trying to loop us in.

What proof do have to be filing a defamation lawsuit against Moses? What makes your case so strong compared to his?

I also know you well enough that your thinking is NOT that you could possibly convince a great many people that when your California lawyer files a defamation lawsuit against Moses which you only today informed us you owe him $425, you could exact a financial settlement out of him long ahead of the case coming to trial.
